Seriously... You are claiming a power surge caused your IT issues????

All data-centres SHOULD have UPS protection.... so to be completely immune to any power-surges or power-loss.

Any mission critical system should have a full redundant backup in a different location, in case of system failure you can then immediately switch to the backup..... as its in a different location any fault at the primary location wouldn't affect it.

All this calls your claims of a power-surge into question.....

Either your IT staff are completely incompetent and haven't taken the basic measures required, you are flat out lying to us or your new cost cutting boss basically got rid of the backups to save money........

If the later... well that backfired badly.....

I've never worked out why Wenger doesn't play 4-4(narrow diamond)- 2 when Giroud isn't playing or another traditional big center forward.

Coq can sit in the DM position, 2 of Carloza, Wiltshire, Ramsey in the CM, Ozil in AM with Walcott and Sanchez in attack.

With Coq sitting behind them, the CMs can push further forward and we know how Ramsey, Wiltshire and Carloza all like to push forward.

With no center-man between the two wingers, both Alexis and Walcott are more free to cut in centrally or to run down the line where the opposite number can cut central then as well as the previously mentioned CMs pushing forward. Also their center-backs now have to watch both Alexis and Walcott. Not a fun job :)

Not having the dedicated wingers/inside forwards as well frees up more space for our aggressive wingers to use on the flanks
