Our Monday SOL Health Tip:

We need magnesium for hundreds of enzyme reactions and creation of energy in our bodies. We can get magnesium from green vegies, legumes, peas, nuts, cereals, milk, meat and some shellfish. Loads of yummy foods to choose from. if we eat a varied diet, we should get enough magnesium.

There's always some wellness guru spouting another diet we should follow for optimal health. Whether it's for gut health, pregnancy, diabetes, heart health or anything really.
Whilst sometimes they have some valid points, much of the time, they add in complicated rules we have to follow.
Great nutrition is really simple. Trust in your own body a little more and when you can't figure it out, contact a health professional who has qualifications.
