Ingredients:

makes 25 patties

mixed organic vegetables - I use 4 carrots, 2 medium potatoes or kumara, a cup of broccoli florets, 3 cloves of garlic. you can change to any other vegetables

2 organic eggs

5 to 6 tablespoons of organic chickpea or besan flour

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp organic  turmeric powder

1 tbsp organic curry powder

Optional - ground organic seeds of your choice - sesame seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds

About my Ayurvedic Artisan Kombucha
I make Kombucha with a well balanced blend of organic, wild harvested, natural, organic herbal tea and spices and pure filtered Reverse Osmosis water.

My Kombucha is not pasteurized like many other brands. It is a living drink full of nutrients from the tea, probiotics from the culture. It is fragrant, nourishing and refreshing. The flavors are harmonized with a  fizz. You can drink it on its own or mix it with juice or soda water.

Method:

Mix the dry ingredients - flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl. Process the carrots in a food processor until fine. Gently mix in raisins and walnuts. In a bowl, beat the eggs one at a time, add sugar, stevia, apple cider vinegar, orange juice and zest and beat further. Add oil and beat further until all well mixed. Fold in gently the flour mix and carrots mix alternating between the two. Don't over mix otherwise cake can become dense. Bake at 170 degrees until done.

Makes about 16 mini tarts or you can make a big cake in a standard size tart tin

Base

1 cup raw #almonds
1/2 cup apricots
1 tbsp raw #cacao powder
1 tbsp carob
pinch of salt
2 drops stevia
2 tsp coconut oil and  little water to help bind

1 cup organic spelt wholemeal flour

some filtered water and almond/coconut milk

1 organic or free range #egg

1/2 tsp himalayan or celtic salt

1 tbsp #coconut sugar (you can opt out)

little coconut oil for cooking

Scrambled eggs: (makes for 4 crepes)

3 organic or free range eggs

some almond/coconut milk

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp himalayan or celtic salt
