Guys I also have a herniated lumbar disc since 2007. I have been using gravity boots after workouts for decompression of my spine. Simply hanging myself upside down for 5-10 minutes in 2-3 sessions and I admit ( as well as my neurosurgeon) it helped a lot. I would recommend.......

Hi Jeff, I also have nerve impingement on my c6-c7. I probably agitated it while doing some shoulder presses about two months ago and I cant work out since then because of pain and loss of power of right arm. Receiving some physical therapy and looking forward to go back to gym. I would like to see a video of upper torso exercises (pecs-shoulders-traps etc) with proper techniques. Any exercises to avoid or add to gym routines to help cervical area?
