the first time I used them, I had a bad experience with them not being prepared. The second time I used this company I was I a short deadline to find a place. They were quick and everything was ready when I moved in. No complaints! Very satisfied this time and happy I gave them a second chance.

I would give this place NO stars but unfortunately I have to choose at least one. Everything went very smoothly upon moving in, (other than the walls not being touched up or the grass/weeds in the front yard being 5 ft tall). There were tons of issues with the front door being able to lock, a maintenance guy came out a couple of times trying to fix it and was unsuccessful so the owner ended up hiring her own repair man who still didn't fix the issue. The wood beams of the front door were coming off of the house, literally. The entire door frame needed to be replaced. The owner visited the house while I lived there and then raised my rent $100 at the end of my lease, even though she knew I wanted to renew with her. I live very clean and took very good care of the home. We even fixed things ourselves with the home. They do several "inspections" throughout the lease that are pointless and inconvenient. Now, I am finding out they are taking $300 of my security deposit which is absolutely OBSURD. I gave proof of the carpets being professionally cleaned (as they require at move out). That house was cleaner than when I moved in by a long haul. Somehow I am still losing almost half of my security deposit. These are only the main issues I had while living in one of their rental homes. I would not recommend REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PHOENIX to my worst enemy. Horrible, unethical company!!!!!

Smooth transition, moved here from another state. Home was clean and looks well maintained. Didn't like the the added fees on top rent that were not mentioned until application fee was paid!!! If fee is known it should be included in advertised price of rental!!!

Carrie J. has been wonderful to work with. We are out of state and have had to call her for evening emergencies. She is prompt returning calls even after business hours. Thankful to have her managing our property. Would recommend them for any mgmt.

Real Property Management (RPM) has been fantastic to work with! From day one when my husband and I contacted RPM about a property, everyone at the office has been such a pleasure to work with. We have been at our property for a couple months now, and I have had a few maintenance requests, but they have been such a non-issue, mainly because Suzie is the greatest! She is so responsive to emails and calls, I like knowing that if there is an issue that someone WILL get back to me in a timely manner, so THANK YOU SUZIE! Also, Anthony is a wonderful maintenance guy! He is kind and thorough. I cannot thank RPM enough for being such a great company to work with!

If I could give this place no stars I would. MOLLIE (since she's rude when you get her name wrong) needs to take a class on how to provide customer service. This is a place of business and your customers are how you make a living, having someone like her on staff will not KEEP your customers. She provided TERRIBLE customer service this morning to my wife. If you cannot provide decent customer service work for some place that's behind scenes.

The office staff and or agents were incredibly helpful and responded back to my questions fairly quickly. Although, in the beginning I would have preferred talking on the phone than texting. It is a bit more personal and does not complicate when more questions arise from a text message. But, I got through it and you were great. You gave me all of the information about the lease and the keys/garage door openers is a quick fashion. Thank You!! Now for the maintenance part. Most of the items I identified as defective were promptly repaired or replaced. The most perplexing item was the leaking hose bib on the SW part of the home. Your repairman (I do not remember his name, but he was black and tall - real nice guy) attempted to stop the leak, but said he would be back with new parts and would solder a new hose bib on. Well he never returned after a few days and my water usage was climbing. I was not to happy about this so I called your 24 hour maintenance line and reported the incident and requested to have the hose bib repaired ASAP. The next day, another repairman showed up and the leak was repaired in quick fashion. I suggest the appropriate maintenance supervisor brings this up to the repairmen I mentioned and do not let this happen to somebody else. All is fine. I just do not understand how somebody forgot or neglected to repair a priority maintenance item. Thank You Tim Trestrail

Everything was super easy. I didnt have to wait on a realtor with their lockbox method of showing. The application and communication went fast! I love my new condo.

This looks fantastic. I will have to check this place out. I have been looking for a well respected property management team and this looks like it's it.
