We have always had great service from Real Property Management. However, it would be more convenient for us if the owner of the house we're renting would allow the RPM maintenance staff to take care of our work order requests as it can sometimes take up to 2 weeks for the work to be done. I would love to pay my rent online, but feel it's ridiculous for RPM to charge a fee for this service.

Be careful renting from these folks. If there is a problem, it will take several days for them to get back to you and then they will send someone who will tell you they are not qualified to fix whatever it is. Again, you will have to wait several days for someone else. You have to jump through many hoops to get your security deposit returned but then they will not return all of it. Don't bother leaving the house cleaner than you found it, does not matter to them.

I'm trying to find houses in a certain area of the Valley and one of them happened to fall under the purview of this management company. Unfortunately, the last thing they were apparently willing to do was actually lease/rent a home. They refused to help in any way and put forth ZERO effort. Their answer to everything? Use Google. Absolutely horrid customer service, could not care less and also refused to put me in touch with any owner when I tried to resolve the issue. The receptionist would NOT give me information. She said to deal with her, and then said no one helping me at their company was my fault. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. I am just stunned at customer service nowadays. I would never treat anyone like that. That whole "treat others as you would want to be treated" means putting some effort in to actually helping clients. I was totally stonewalled by these people. Really unfortunate. I have money burning a hole in my pocket and I want a house ASAP. FYI, this is the Peoria location I am speaking of.

I give this company -5 stars. This company has no soul. As the homeowner they will overcharge you for repairs and find anything to get money out of you. Just about every month they charged me for something, a walk through or some other stupid reason. When you need a repair done they will charge you more to fix it than it is to buy a brand new dishwasher, washing machine, etc. If you tell them that you would rather get a new appliance than pay their outrageous fix it price they will tell you that it's not part of the contract and if you want to go that rout you will have to do it yourself. Every time something needed to get fixed I ended up having to do all the work of calling a repair man or ordering a new appliance and informing the tenant. They are completely useless. Communication with them is awful. After years of trying to cancel my contract, because every time I called they bounced me around from one person to an next until I'd finally leave a voice mail which was useless because no one would call me back, they finally canceled my contract with one day notice and a cancellation fee. They are truly the worst.

Rodd with this company is very responsive and so is their maintenance department staff. When you need something, they respond as soon as they can. I switched over to these guys from another company and have been very happy with them so far.

I have known the owners of this company for many years and have trusted what they do and stand for. I would recommend Real Property Management to anyone.

I was trying to give 0 starts but oviously that's not possible so I will have to give 1 extra star for them. I was a tenent for a year. I will just list some problems I had. 1. Air conditioner broke down in the summer(August?). I made a call to their "maintenence" team but never came to fix it at all. Made about 3 calls but nope. I fixed it by myself by keep turning on and off for like 50 times. 2. Our front yard was a jungle when we first moved in. The guy showing us the house even told us it is.... Well we had to pay $200 when we moved out because the front yard was a little bit cleaner than when we moved in.
