Real Property Management (RPM) has been fantastic to work with! From day one when my husband and I contacted RPM about a property, everyone at the office has been such a pleasure to work with. We have been at our property for a couple months now, and I have had a few maintenance requests, but they have been such a non-issue, mainly because Suzie is the greatest! She is so responsive to emails and calls, I like knowing that if there is an issue that someone WILL get back to me in a timely manner, so THANK YOU SUZIE! Also, Anthony is a wonderful maintenance guy! He is kind and thorough. I cannot thank RPM enough for being such a great company to work with!

Seriously, if you want good property managers, a company that looks at you more than just the rent you pay every month, do NOT waste your time and money on rpm pinnacle. Our property managers could not care less about our maintenance issues, have repeatedly lied to us about the conditions of the property, and refuse to help us resolve our issues. When i first signed my lease and moved in to the rental that was listed the weeds were overgrown, the house was filthy (dirt on the floors and counters, spider webs) our salesman assured us on numerous occasions that the house was electric and did NOT need gas service. I went to take a shower on day one, after having spent all day moving my belongings into the home, and the water was ice cold.. come to find out, we DID need gas on in the house. So i put the order in to have our gas turned on, waited a week for the gas company to turn it on, finally got to get in the shower after A WEEK without, and to my surprise (and apparently rpm's surprise as well) the water heater was inoperable! (Proving even more so that the property was not move-in ready) so i put in a maintenance order to have them replace the water heater, and they took their sweet time, waiting ANOTHER WEEK to replace our water heater. I had to go 2 WEEKS WITHOUT TAKING A SHOWER because of the negligence of these property managers, since day one. That's only the beginning. This rental property had an on-going HOA violation that had been pending since 2014. The first time we were notified about it, it was a letter with a $120.00 fine. Keep in mind, we had only been in the house for about 2 weeks before we had any notifications about the issue, but the first letter we received stated that we owed $120.00 for an issue that had been developing 2 years prior to our move in. It was just like they had ignored the issue and ignored the fine until they had a tenant move in, so they could dump the fine on us and hold us responsible. Another issue that came about was that the garbage disposal in our kitchen was not working properly when we first arrived at the home. It would turn on but would not grind up the food that was caught down in it. When i called about the issue, 2 different representatives assured me that i would not be fined any extra penalties for having a repair man come look at the disposal. When the maintenance man arrived, he claimed that his "hand was too big" to fit in the drain of the garbage disposal (why they hired a garbage disposal repair man who couldn't even fit his hand in the disposal is beyond me) so he asked my roommate if she could fit her hand in it. She agreed to help and her hand did fit, but the only thing the man did after asking her to do something like this was press a re-set button and went about his way. He was there a total of 15 minutes. A week later, i get an email with a fine if $175.00 for the work the maintenance man did on our disposal (which was little to none) even after i had been assured on more than one occasion that i would not have to pay a fine for this. When i called our maintenance line, the lady that i spoke with insulted me, calling me a liar, that she did not believe that the man's hand could not fit in the drain. I DO NOT GIVE $1,700 A MONTH TO A COMPANY TO HAVE THEM INSULT ME OVER THE PHONE AND LEAVE MY ISSUES UN-RESOLVED. Our kitchen flooded one night and the "emergency maintenance line" did nothing at all, didn't even put in a work order to come have it fixed. I've had 2 maintenance requests in for about 2 months now that have twice been cancelled out without completing the repairs and have since then been ignored, but when i call rpm to try and get to the bottom of that issue, i am told by my property manager that there is nothing she can do and she doesn't know who to direct me to to resolve our maintenance repair requests. These managers have not responded to my emails or voice messages regarding these issues. I will not rent from this company EVER again, and i'd advise anyone else not to as well.

The office staff and or agents were incredibly helpful and responded back to my questions fairly quickly. Although, in the beginning I would have preferred talking on the phone than texting. It is a bit more personal and does not complicate when more questions arise from a text message. But, I got through it and you were great. You gave me all of the information about the lease and the keys/garage door openers is a quick fashion. Thank You!! Now for the maintenance part. Most of the items I identified as defective were promptly repaired or replaced. The most perplexing item was the leaking hose bib on the SW part of the home. Your repairman (I do not remember his name, but he was black and tall - real nice guy) attempted to stop the leak, but said he would be back with new parts and would solder a new hose bib on. Well he never returned after a few days and my water usage was climbing. I was not to happy about this so I called your 24 hour maintenance line and reported the incident and requested to have the hose bib repaired ASAP. The next day, another repairman showed up and the leak was repaired in quick fashion. I suggest the appropriate maintenance supervisor brings this up to the repairmen I mentioned and do not let this happen to somebody else. All is fine. I just do not understand how somebody forgot or neglected to repair a priority maintenance item. Thank You Tim Trestrail

We were prior tenants with RPM. The first time we rented it took foreverse for maintenance repairs. This time around they are on their A game! We are having a much smoother experience this time around! Good job guys!

I would give this place NO stars but unfortunately I have to choose at least one. Everything went very smoothly upon moving in, (other than the walls not being touched up or the grass/weeds in the front yard being 5 ft tall). There were tons of issues with the front door being able to lock, a maintenance guy came out a couple of times trying to fix it and was unsuccessful so the owner ended up hiring her own repair man who still didn't fix the issue. The wood beams of the front door were coming off of the house, literally. The entire door frame needed to be replaced. The owner visited the house while I lived there and then raised my rent $100 at the end of my lease, even though she knew I wanted to renew with her. I live very clean and took very good care of the home. We even fixed things ourselves with the home. They do several "inspections" throughout the lease that are pointless and inconvenient. Now, I am finding out they are taking $300 of my security deposit which is absolutely OBSURD. I gave proof of the carpets being professionally cleaned (as they require at move out). That house was cleaner than when I moved in by a long haul. Somehow I am still losing almost half of my security deposit. These are only the main issues I had while living in one of their rental homes. I would not recommend REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PHOENIX to my worst enemy. Horrible, unethical company!!!!!

I moved into a condo managed by Real Property Management. When I went in to sign my lease I dealt with Diane U. Leasing Coordinator. She is amazing! She is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was kind enough to meet with me after regular business hours so that I could move in on Friday, instead of the following Monday. She explained everything about my lease as well as Real Property Management. She easily answered all the questions that I had. Diane is a truly positive representative of RPM- Phoenix Metro.
