Ormerod Rutter Partners Pete and Jon were among 200 guests at the high profile launch of Fleet Street Sport and Media Group, a major new consultancy in the sports industry. Fleet Street Sport and Media Group are also setting up a new charity, Fleet Street Foundation, which aims to prevent footballers developing drug, alcohol and financial problems. They enjoyed a high profile launch event at the House of Lords in May and we're proud to support Group Director and longstanding Ormerod Rutter client Bijan Sedghi with his new venture: http://www.midlandsbusinessnews.co.uk/accountants-score-with-former-internationals-new-venture/

Did you know that as a business owner employed by your business, you could save 20% on the cost of your life insurance premiums by putting it through your company as a trading expense? A Relevant Life Cover policy is eligible for corporation tax savings and is not treated as a P11D benefit so there's no personal tax implications either. Up until recently these policies only covered the death of the policyholder, but a new product has now been launched to include life and critical illness cover. Take advantage of the changes and cut the cost of your premiums: http://www.ormerodrutter.co.uk/blog/tax/save-tax-on-your-insurance-with-relevant-life-cover/
