Great service. Friendly. Amazing restaurant. Been twice over a few years and the restaurant is still excellent. I had the best pasta I've had outside of Italy: "Rigatoni - Red Wine Pasta, Calabrian Chili Peppers, Octopus, Bone Marrow, Mint".

Great hotel. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Room was very nice with a large bathroom, bed was extremely comfortable. Only slight negative was that being next to the highway, you can't open the window, but apart from that, it's great. Bar and food were both great. Parking costs $12 which seems a little bit unreasonable as they have a huge parking lot (but this is only really a minor complaint). Overall a very comfortable place to stay if you're in Silicon Valley.

No surprises, except that every little detail is perfect. Expensive but more than worth it.

The only place where you will see Roger Goodell in the lobby and Condoleezza Rice in the restaurant. If you want to brush with fame, I would hang out here. Hotel is also nice ;-)

Beautiful rooms and superb service. I've stayed here three times and it is one of the better hotels I've stayed in recently. The location leaves a bit to be desired (not much nearby within walking distance, if you're so inclined). After meetings, head to the pool to chill out and have a drink and a snack. It's worth noting that the corporate rates are very reasonable. The food in the restaurant was very good, but if you're there for a long-stay it lacks variety.

Overall a good experience. Cuatomer service was good although it could have been better.
