Much anger is based on our expectations of how something SHOULD be. When it is not, we become angry, disappointed and resentful. If we rid ourselves of expectation - both of others and of ourselves - much of our anger will cease.
Like anyone else, I too have anger in me. However, I try to recall that anger is a destructive emotion. I remind myself that scientists now say that anger is bad for our health; it eats into our immune system. So, anger destroys our peace of mind and our physical health. We shouldn't welcome it or think of it as natural or as a friend.

Maybe I'm missing something basic here.  We have this dongle, that can send and receive a wifi signal.  I have a phone and a computer that can also send and receive a wifi signal.  If my phone can stream content from an app like youtube, why would I be REQUIRED to go through a wifi network as well?  I understand that from a usage point of view you would rather go through a wireless router if you have to, but why do you NEED to?  I tried to get this to work in my hotel room, but even though I can connect to the wifi network just fine on my phone and laptop, neither device can see the dongle. I assume that this is because the devices are trying to "talk" through the hotel's wifi and there is a router setting getting in the way.  If so, this is a major limitation of how the device works,  It means that you cannot just walk into a place (such as a prospect's workplace) and simply plug in the device and broadcast.  You would require their wifi network's password.  Am I missing something?
