If you come here on a Saturday night expect to wait at least an hour to get in. Also, the top floor was reserved the whole night so only the restaurant and the small balcony area was open. The downtown LA view was great! Very nice lighting for photos as well. The crowd is very chill and classy. No crazy drunks or pervs trying to get at girls. I have definitely noticed an older crowd the night I have went. The bartenders are super fast and attentive so that was a huge plus. We saw a bartender open a wine bottle in 5 seconds!!! So pro. The cocktails are very tasty and have a great amount of alcohol in it. Would love to check out the top floor one day if it is ever open on a weekend night. Also there are a lot of beggars that will bother you while you're in line.

Very nice place, beautiful veiws, live music, two bars. I had salmon and it was really good. The only thing is that we had to wait for our table 30 min past reservation time because they were busy (even on a Tuesday evening). Also it's abit loud, esp. inside. I would definitely recomend to give this place a try!

Light live music & great views set the tone for a great evening. The 50-somethings and 20-something had cocktails and wine, baked brie, and an assortment of entrees, then split a dessert. Damage for 3 was $160, and the tightwad who was paying was very happy. We'll go again! (Writers Block was our fave.)

Perch is such a nice place to have dinner. The food is exquisite. The guest service is wonderful. Peter was a great help he gave us so many advices in what to order and he also speaks Spanish. We kept coming back to ask and kept asking if we needed anything. However were they sat us at first was horrible because we were in the middle and it was so loud I couldn't hear my friend or myself talk. We asked nicely to be seated somewhere else and our "helper" was a little weird and rude about it, she seemed not to care. Anyways, you guys should come to this place it's really good and not so pricy. Great view of DTLA . And their Steak Fries were amazing. We order Mac & Cheese and tuna. Seriously we couldn't even order dessert . S/O to petter he was such a great guy. We are for sure coming back .

I came here for brunch on a Saturday with 9 other girls. Since our group was larger than 8 people, we had to get the prefix meal which consisted of a choice of 3 appetizers, a choice of 5 entrees, and a chef selected dessert all for $35. The food was presented nicely, but I feel like the food itself wasn’t up to par or worth the price. There was nothing spectacular about any of our meals flavor wise. Expect to stay and lounge for awhile because service is slow. After our meal, we headed up to the rooftop for the views and grabbed a few drinks at the bar. The view is pretty but not the best you can find downtown.

I went once on a whim and didn't get seated. You have to RSVP in advance, they tried to seat me for a while, but it was so packed that it didn't happen. I went upstairs to the bar to have a drink while I waited. It's a beautiful place, but some of the seating seemed awkward if you were going to have a meal. They had a live band, which was nice. You have to pay for parking around there, so bring cash. Everyone dresses nice, but casual. Seems like a cool place to have brunch... Perhaps one day I'll remember to call ahead and go there.

Went to Perch for my first time tonight and loved it. Great date night spot! We had a cocktail on the roof top bar and then went downstairs for dinner. I had the octopus and Brussels sprouts for dinner. Both were really good. I'll definitely go back to this place!

What can I say that hasn't been said already This place makes you feel like a millionaire on your own private terrace enjoying fabulous drinks and exotic beers with your fellow millionaire friends. My birthday was an amazing and most memorable one so far had a group of friends and family for a total of 15 people we sat by a fire place and and mingled the night away under the stars. I even had a late comer escorted from the line out in the lobby to the rooftop the security guy when out of his way to complete my party by bringing her all the way to the top. I really felt like a V.I.P. my bartender (female black) was wonderful sorry I didn't ask her name. Will have to go back soon for dinner. My only gripe was no appetizers On the rooftop
