What you think about, what you tell yourself, what you focus on, what questions you ask yourself LITERALLY DETERMINES the quality of your life. This isn't a 'theory' or concept or idea. It's TRUE.
Don't keep scrolling. Just breathe for a minute and really internalize that. PLEASE.
I could reference 100 books, stories, videos, real life examples that have convinced me of this. I believe it with all my heart.
If you think about not having enough money, or enough time, or sucky things about your job or what you HAVE to do today or health problems or issues w the kids, what this person did to you, how you got screwed over or passed over or taken advantage of, why you can't lose weight, things you want or need but don't have the time or $ for right now, what's wrong w this situation or relationship, why this person didn't listen or did that to somebody else, stresses and worries and concerns and problems...........
You are unconsciously making a choice to stay RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE TODAY.
It really is that simple.
If you stop all that negative bullshit and take responsibility for HOW you talk to yourself your life will start to change in wonderful, positive ways.
It takes courage to own your thinking. The ones without the courage will scoff and criticize and say stupid things like "I don't believe in all that positive Tony Robbins self talk stuff"
Its your life. Own it.
