As parents, we make a lot of sacrifices to help our kids succeed- so much so that their basic needs can go unnoticed. Although it seems impossible at times, eating together as a family is important for the emotioanl well-being of children. It's a time to share and discuss the memories, experiences and events of the day. I realize finding time for this can be stressful for busy families, so I'm encouraging you to think outside the traditional family dinner.
