We had dinner there last night on Saturday the 9th of Oct., Not one of the best dinners we had while in Rapid City. The Steak was over done and tastless. My wife had the Salmon and it was dry and over done. The worst part was the fact that my wife used her gift card giving to her by our son . we charge the dinner on the card and left a cash 20 % tip .the next day my wife went to use the balance only to find they added a 15% on top on the check for an extra tip. Real nice Think we will go to Fridays tonight across the street

Meat in my pasta was still cold. The chicken had the texture and flavor of certain types of pre-cooked chicken that I have bought before, so health hazard seemed improbable (and I was not rendered ill), but still somewhat alarming.

The food isn't bad, but it's the hit-or-miss service that keeps us from going back. In the evenings, the staff seems to be friendlier, but during slow times of the day, you will most likely be ignored as the young staff is more interested in chatting than taking care of customers, and if it's busy, they're often just downright rude. Not always - some of the servers are just wonderful, and they make it a very pleasant experience...however, that isn't a guarantee, and you have a 50/50 shot of getting someone who slams your water down on the table while staring over your head to see where their friends are & never returning to take your order. If there are other places that you'd like to try, skip this. Again, the food is ok (comparable to Applebees or TGI Friday's), but with the odds of getting the worst service of your life, you might have a better time somewhere with more appetizing food & better trained waitstaff.

We went with a group of people from my wifes work one night just afrer 11 and the waitress acted like we were keeping her from something and couldnt get our orders right and would forget our drinks. We ordered a round of shots and she brought them to us and it wasnt made right. We tried to stop her and tell her but she just walked away. I brought it to the bartendeds attention and he argued with me about it and said it was right when it wasnt ( 3 people in our group are bartenders and they all agreed it was wrong) to top everything off there were ants on the floor and they said they couldnt do anything bout them til we left! There was some other issues but ill sum it up with it was a huge waste of our money!! And i called to complain the next day and they still havent done anything about it. I called again today and was told they been busy and havent got to it yet.

I like the gluten free pizza a lot, although they did mess up on my order once and I was sick for a day or two. Anyway, this place is a bit pricey as well.
