I love their food and it was great up until about 1 month ago i dont know if they hired a lot of new waitresses but the wait time for food delivery, drink refills, order taking, and getting check ...they are rude and i know they are busy but customer service seems to be at a all time low... Hope it gets better soon

Been here a few times and love the pizza. Last time I went was a couple of years ago with a party of six and the waitress took over fifteen minutes to come by and take our order. After she submitted our order, I saw at least four customers come in, order and receive their food before our food arrived. A couple of them were even finished with their meals and left while I was still waiting. We waited over an hour before I decided to leave. Waitress finally came out with our food as I was leaving. There was no "sorry for the wait" or anything apologetic. I've never been back since this incident. Don't know if the people working there are racist or what. When I previously visited the establishment with Caucasians, the service was good and prompt..

I guess when I go here I have treat me like crap or something on my face because for some reason I always get put at the table in the front room in the corner. A hostess should know not to put a customer in a corner when the restaurant is mostly empty. That is poor training or lack of understanding from an inexperienced hostess. I could understand if the restaurant were full. And no I did not complain because my party was already situated with babies by the time I came in from the rain. I shouldn't have to complain, know your job and customer service. I do have to admit that the food was great as usual. Never going back!!!!!!!!! To this Bj's. Will have to visit others instead.

I love this restaurant. The variety of food and the service. I have never been and the service was not great. Once at this exact location, there was a mix up on the food and before I realized how long it was taking the manager came, made me aware of the incident, and told me how he was going to fix it. Very impressed with the first class service and a huge fan of the salmon!

I have eaten here on 1 occasion for my birthday and because my birthday is in May they refused to let me book the party room because of PROM! I was irate but I went a head and took a table. The managers were so rude about it and made me feel like birthday meant nothing because they could do more for the Prom kids. (By the way it was my 25th) which is a great birthday year. Now I am expecting my first child and I have a large family as well as my husband, not to mention a long list of friends. I figured I try Bj's once more to get this party room because there will be several people coming out the manager again refused to book the room for me because they prefer to leave it open for the public. They make you feel very little like what you are doing doesn't matter. They didn't try to negotiate or anything. I was willing to pay a BIG$$$$$ deposit and they did not even hear me out. I don't need 3 strikes to get out. BJ's Brewhouse will absolutely never have to worry about seeing me again. They don't have much of a care for their customers. Even when I dined in with my group of friends our table received very little attention. I HATE this location and do not recommend it at all!

I was skeptical going in that a brewhouse would have good food. But i was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Then came the desert....WOW!

Delicious salads! I ordered a small beet, arugula, and goat cheese salad. It was so fresh and full of flavor. My friend recommended their deep dish pizza and it did not disappoint. Generous amounts of pepperoni and cheese and the crust was flaky and perfectly crisp. I can easily see BJ's becoming one of my regular dinner spots.

Almost ruined our evening of dancing next door at Whiskey River. First, don't sit at the tables near the bar - people use the high tables to stand around in a crowd, and you'll end up with somebody's butt hanging over your dinner plate. I ordered a burger, fries and wedge salad. My wife ordered a ceasar salad, and a salmon dish with risotto(I think?) that was supposed to have squash. My wedge salad arrived and was 90% hard white core - almost couldn't cut it. They took it back, but my burger arrived almost immediately - before my salad came back. Within minutes, they came back and grabbed my burger and said "oops, not your burger" (hope whoever got it didn't miss the fries I ate!). In the meantime, my wife said her ceasar was bland - bottled non-descript ceasar dressing on limp lettuce. My salad then arrives with my wife's main course (salmon). Wedge salad was OK, but blue cheese dressing wasn't particularly tasty (again, probably bottled). My wife's main course was so bad, she barely ate it. The salmon was so overcooked it was hard, dry and difficult to eat. The squash was actually cucumbers (yes, cucumbers!) My burger arrived and I thought 'Wow!" big burger! Actually not... it was a skimpy little patty of meat with enormous (inch-thick) chunks of iceberg lettuce core to prop it up and make the whole thing look big (what is it with hard lettuce cores with these guys?). Once I pulled those inedible lettuce chunks out, it was a burger that would not compare favorably to Wendy's. We had a polite conversation with the manager (really, I was polite!) and he took my wife's plate off the tab. We still tipped as if it was a full ticket. We won't be back. Next time we go to Whiskey River, we'll eat someplace else.
