One of my favorite bars back in the day, It got really popular a few years back so we stopped going because of the enormous crowds. I'm happy for them, recently went back and its a bit toned down. Drinks still kind've pricy but really great tasting and they all have amazing names. Sometimes they have live music but I'm not sure what the schedule for that is.

A little hard to find but you want to stay on market, the door next to the t-mobile store on the corner. It's dark, interesting, speakeasy vibe, with some old typewriters, retro stuff. And the cocktails drinks are lethal/strong and good, recommend the Ava Gardner and the Local edition. Nothing to snack on tho, can't club a light dinner, drinks plan. Good option for after dinner.

Limited seating and limited selection of cocktails. However... Good place to go after work, live music is a nice change of pace and cocktails are reasonable priced.

It's dark, sexy, huge, and they make good cocktails. When I was there we were evacuated for a fire drill, and somehow I ended up with a free drink. Firemen showed up, adding to the sexiness of the entire experience. I also happened to be there with people who were way to attractive and cool for me, so basically I was just feeling really good about myself. All in all an interesting afternoon. The eponymous bourbon based drink is a strong recommend (and a strong drink). • • •

Higher-end cocktails with a bustling youthful business crowd during happy hour. The news-themed environment is classy and lends itself to the cocktail menu and its prices. A favorite place to visit when I'm in town.

Great place to sit down with friends and grab a couple of drinks. The drinks are delicious and you can find a wide variety of drinks ranging from your typical whiskey strong drink to sugary and yummy girly drinks. If you're looking to meet people this isn't the place to go to but if you and your friends/date are looking for a place to go and talk then this is the place to go to.

The atmosphere is great here, younger crowd, not too loud. The bartenders are really biased though and pretty much won't serve you if you're a guy and there's a girl next to you. Kinda annoying

Every drink I've had here has been delicious, granted you're paying $14+ for your drink (+ tax) Still, that's what you should expect from these speakeasy style bars. You typically need to make reservations if you want a table, but you can normally walk in for a place at the bar. I guess I should mention that it's newspaper themed and the decorations are done well. If you have trouble finding the unmarked entrance, look for the big clock in the window.
Local Edition hasn't shared anything with you.
