Great bar with lots of space and good drinks. The decor is very cute, a little old-timey speakeasy setting. Drinks were done well and the bartenders are really knowledgeable about their craft. Great place to meet for a date or for after-work drinks.

Spacious cocktail bar, classy decor, and saw live jazz on a Monday night. Cocktails are well-crafted, just shy of elite, but on the other hand this makes it a good place to go with my non-snob friends who want a good cocktail but don't want to dissect it.

Amazing decor and atmosphere. Some nights live bad. Good cocktails. Try the Fidel and Che. Dont be afraid of the commies. (Also, you dont need to share it, you capitalist!) However, the service is often quite snobby. And for no good reason. C'mon guys!

Same mixology thing you find everywhere these days. But the vibey, underground space, Art Deco design, and live jazz (on Monday's and Wednesday's) set it apart.

A nostalgic decor! Paramount and delicious cocktails named after world leaders and typewriters. The ambiance is so romantic, sexy with beautiful men and women. It's fancy and I love it. Great acoustics, too.

This is a great trendy bar to hang out with friends when in SF. I came here with a group of 8 and good thing we made reservations before because the line was already about 20 people long. The guard at the front is very nice and escorted us in after I showed him my reservation. The bar itself is below ground level and is dimly lit. The crowd is mostly young professionals. There are more than enough tables and booth around the bar for groups to sit and talk, which is ideal for a hangout spot. Throughout my Saturday night here, the bar was never crowded and it was easy to move around in. However, waiting to order drinks can be difficult, since some of their speciality drinks take a while to be made. The drinks are about $10 each, which is reasonable. Overall, this is a excellent bar to socialize with friends and just hang out.

You should really try this cocktail bar. The pace has an amazing atmosphere and interesting twists on many different cocktails. It can get very busy and it does take them a long time to mix drinks, so if you want to avoid the crowds, then maybe grab a cocktail before heading elsewhere for dinner.
