Great place, you don't have to be young and hip to come here (although the place is! ) all you need to be is a lover of excellent craft beer. Staff were welcoming and helpful, which is really needed when you are faced with 40 beers on tap and a desire to taste them all. Narrowing down your choice to the 1st one to try is challenging. Didn't visit Fri/Sat, when I'm sure it gets busy. On a Thursday night it was a mellow place to be with music at a volume that still allowed you to hear your friends speak. (That might be were the age thing comes in) Recommend that you check on their website before visiting as the beer list can be sometimes be dominated by a friends brews like Brewdog. Which does great beer but if you are travelling from a part of the UK that is fortunate enough to have a Brewdog pub..... having traveled to Copenhagen you might want something different. Check regularly though as they have a fairly fast turnover.

Very nice list, good sausages and a good vibe. Of course not the cheapest place in town.

So hip you probably haven't even heard about it. Great for beer enthusiasts and everybody else who enjoy craft beer. Bartenders are very competent and lets you taste different beers before you buy. Prices are fair. Would definitely recommend.

Went to the bar to order 4 beers. Told the bartender I could only carry two at a time, and if I should order two times... I was assured it was no problem. When coming back from bringing down the first two beers to the table the other two beers were gone - a couple of guys apparently seeked the moment. The bartender had the two guys to hand the beers back to him, but the bartender refused to bring two new ones.... he claimed they did not drink any of it. Pretty unusual for a high-end beer bar. Strange as he did not even see the beers be taken. So, when ordering be sure you can carry it all...

Amazing beers and very helpful staff! And an amazing looking bar! We've been in every night of our trip, on our way home.

My husband is rather a fan of craft beer and when he saw the website for this place I know we would be visiting during our trip to Copenhagen! The bar itself is gorgeous – very clean and ‘scandi’ style design with lots of blue, wood and candles. The beers were good too – I’m not a huge beer drinker but the staff were incredibly helpful with advice and suggestions on some of the varieties I may enjoy (and I did!). Defiantly worth a visit!

Great place, friendly staff with great craft beer knowledge. Lightly lit contradicting it's basement setting with light coming through the outside street floor windows. Every beer here good although you may struggle to get through them all in one sitting! (I have bumped this review up to 5 in a re-edit as now realising how morgue- like Copenhagen is as a whole, if you find this or anywhere else in this town with even a vague pulse barricade yourself in until your flight home and thank your lucky stars!)
