Owned and operated by the former butcher of Chez Panis, and it shows. Fantastic hot dogs, with a great snap and amazing condiments. Sue has figured out the perfect condiment, 'Devil Sauce', which is, as far as I can tell, magical. They have grass fed beef, all natural touchy feely pork, and a fabulous turkey dog. All have that amazing snap and killer flavor. Grab a Cheerwine, slather on some mustard and relish, and pull up a seat under a tree at Helms.

hot dogs and wine make me feel like i'm down home or like a little kid doing something wrong, but i love when they do pairings at the wine shop. the dogs are good and light and i don't feel like i'm eating something bad for me.

This place is great. They have fantastic hot dogs in both traditional and pork-less versions. Get the devil sauce and sauteed onions, for sure.

i still prefer my costco hot dogs, but if this place is healthier and nitrate free, why not? pretty good for a "healthy" hot dog!
