Been here twice, having forgotten the first time wasn't great. I now remember why. The previous time my asparagus was so overcooked it was dried out. This time, I ordered a sirloin medium rare with broccoli. The steak was at least medium well (bordering on fully grey), with far too much thick, salty dry seasoning on top. To contrast, the broccoli was just barely warmed up from raw and dry as a bone, no seasoning at all. This is a pretty simple matter of cooks not paying any attention to what they're doing. Won't be back. Cali pizza kitchen just next door has been far better.

Pretty much a fancy chillis. The house brewed beers are terrible, on par with keystone or pbr.

Can't say that our family will be back after waiting for a table for over 40 minutes after calling ahead and having our name put on the list. Once we got there with the rest of our friends in the group, the gals at the front counter tell us that our table should be ready in a few minutes and they kept saying that to us for the next 40 minutes. Once they said our table was ready they proceed to put our group of 11 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5 at 2 tables that are kind of close. Right before we get our table they allow a group that was the same size to take our table. Then we tell the staff that this was all unacceptable and we won't be back. We tell them this calmly and for some reason the manager thinks that we were yelling at the gals at the front counter which didn't happen. The worst customer service from a restaurant staff that I have ever had. You have lost any business from anyone in our group forever. The female manager that dealt with us was being combative and argumentative with us as we calmly decided that we weren't going to stay. Please stay away from this company if you have young kids as they are not very accommodating. I also don't understand why a company like this would have 5 people working the front counter when people come in to put their name down.

Unparalleled and by far some of the best that I've had the privilege to sample. Seared scallops highly recommended and the extra 4$ for mozzarella and tomato salad is a bargain. Staff is on point and this was reason enough to make the trip (60 mi) again.

Very friendly staff and service. Had my drink in about two minutes and food in ten. Gotta love their custom brews, the Tataunka keeps me coming back.

Beer selection is wide. The appetizers range far to satisfy. Service is friendly and professional.

Right up until our food came out, my visit with my wife to BJ's in Boulder was pretty standard fare. Average wait time, typical smiling hostess; the usual. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. Our waitress, who had previously mentioned she was new, apparently wrote down chicken bacon by mistake, because that's what one of the servers brought out to us. We let him know it wasn't what we ordered (after a brief, eye-contact-only conversation about whether we were happy to just eat this one), and he disappeared back to the kitchen to put in our corrected order. No big deal to us - it was only going to be another 10 minutes or so to fix it up. Two profuse apologies, two lighthearted visits from the manager, two free root beers, a free pizza, and a free dessert later, we found ourselves walking away far overcompensated for our minor inconvenience. They really went out of their way to satisfy us despite it being a busy Friday night, and all the food was delicious to boot.
