I am cancelling my membership simply because I'm moving, but definitely not because of the gym. I really like this little gym. The owner is there a lot and a really cool guy. The trainers are friendly and not pushy. The members themselves are even helpful and have showed me a thing or two from time to time. Overall, I like the older machines and the atmosphere at this gym. I really like the MMA ring and kicking and punching bags. There is usually not a wait for any machines when I go and they are open pretty early and stay open fairly late. I have nothing but good things to say about Miami Fitness. I will miss this place. :)

The rudest and most unprofessional gym I've EVER been to and I've been to them all. Don't even waste your few bucks at this gym because the people that run it simply don't deserve it. But if you don't believe me, go ahead and see for yourself.

In March, I cancelled my membership (in writing) but my account is still being charged. It is REALLY hard to get rid of them. Once they put their hands on your money, they just wont let it go.

Great gym. No nonsense. Everyone seems to be there to do what they need to do. All kinds of levels of fitness there and equipment to support it. Friendly staff. No pressure sales tactics to get you into their gym. I went there and Frank the owner pretty much said to take a look at the place if I liked and gave me the rate of the place and that's it. Fresh n' Easy next door Seems to have great trainers who work out of there, though I don't think they're associated with the gym. Never packed in the evening. Don't know about the morning. No sauna or steam room that I know of. The bathroom seems to be always clean. 2 showers in men's locker room.

This is a great gym. It's a little less than the big chains in terms of price, and it's a nice size and there is hardly ever any wait for the machines. They also have a boxing ring and offer MMA and Boxing classes. There are great personal trainers there. The place has been undergoing renovations in the last few months since I have been there and it is looking great. There is quite a selection of weights and machines to use.

If you want to pay $25 a month for a crappy place where things are always breaking and never fixed properly, join "Miami Fitness." I was a member of this gym for a couple of months before I came to the realization that it just wasn't going to get any better. Most of the machines are old and worn, and the ones that aren't are being used so much that it won't be long before they'rein the same condition. The locker room are really old, outdated, and not very clean. The employees are nice, enough, but otherwise there is absolutely no reason to join this gym when any other gym in the area is 10 times better.
