Best deal for oysters! $1 during happy hour everyday. Also there is a great view on the patio. Water bar offers a lunch tasting menu which is very decently priced, appetizer, entree, and dessert for about $30. I would definitely recommend coming for happy hour. Also this place is huge so it's not difficult to get a table.

Waterbar is definitely for the seafood lovers. They have a great oyster menu, the ahi tuna sandwich is delicious and they bring out house made chips to snack on. Wine menu is decent and they have a full bar. I have only been there for lunch, but the food is excellent albeit a bit on the expensive side.

If you love Oysters, they have $1 oyster specials from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm daily. Great view of the bay bridge and embarcadero. We had lunch at Waterbar and sat on the patio -- the service was "3-star" rated, but atmosphere and $1 oysters definitely make this an awesome spot for happy hours or enjoying a sunny afternoon in SF.

O...M...G... totally awesome food and service!!! This is the classic example of "You get what you pay for," because while it was a bit on the expensive side, I had no reservations about paying it! First-rate service and food! The warm Maine lobster appetizer was absolutely delectable, and the oak roaster walleyed pike was phenomenal! Thanks to the waitstaff and kitchen crew! Great job!

PROS: -Gorgeous restaurant with very cool custom aquariums inside. -Pleasant view of the Bay Bridge (perhaps one of the best views from the Embarcadero). -$1 oyster happy hours til 5 PM... wait for it... EVERYDAY! CONS: -Food portions are underwhelming. -Outdoor seating fills fast but what do you expect? -Not a fan of the brunch.

Happy hour on the Embarcadero. You can sit outside, and the glass walls will block the wind while you drink affordable beers and cocktails. The food was also a good deal and all looked great! Next time I want to try the dinner menu.
