A friend asked me to join this bootcamp and I was a little skeptical. Now that I have just finished my 21 day challenge, I could not be more thrilled to tell anyone and everyone about how FANTASTIC my experience has been. I feel great - not just more toned and a little lighter - my BRAIN is working better! I feel like a fog has been lifted. I have more energy, I'm more alert all day, have better recall, I'm more inspired and more positive. The classes were intense but filled with great energy and warm, receptive and supportive people. I'm staying with the program! See you tomorrow!

I have never been to any other group fitness programs for over a few months, but I love keep going to Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp. I've been going to Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp for over 2 years now, and I pretty much go everyday. Why do I keep going back? Because of Johnathan, the owner, and his awesome team of fitness instructors! Johnathan is a very fun, happy-go-lucky kind of guy. He likes to start each class by giving us a motivational speech, not just about fitness, but about life in general. I enjoy that part of the class very much. By listening to his speech everyday, some of the ideas do eventually sets in, and it does help me go through life's various challenges. Jade is like a drill-sergeant and pushes you hard. Lisa thinks up of new exercises every time. It is always fun and exciting to find out what new exercises she's going to make us do. Our camp mates are awesome, too. They bring a lot positive energy and are exactly the kind of people you want to be surrounded with in life. I love Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp and I will keep going back. If you are interested in health, fitness, and life in general, please come join me. :)

The people, the workouts, the music, the instructors are GREAT!!!! Encouraging and results oriented - I lost almost 30lbs in 6 weeks and 4 months later have kept it off. Exercise days work cardio, the back, the abs, the legs, the arms, and the chest. Everyday is different, challenging and fun. I have more energy, I look better, I sleep better. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan and Jade and all the people at Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp. Come and join us - I will see you there. Tom

I didn't think you could have so much fun at 6am!! Jonathan and Jade provide a fun and supportive atmosphere while pushing you to do more than you thought you could every workout. If you're like me and you've never been to a bootcamp and are not particularly athletic or coordinated, don't worry. All you have to do is show up and follow along. 45 minutes goes by in a flash and you'll be sweating and smiling as you walk out the door. It's a great way to start your day.

Fitbody bootcamp is a great place to workout and the results were better than I expected, Jonathon and Jade are fun and motivating. I definitely recommend giving this a try!

#1 on my list. Great way to start the day! Every workout is varied and challenging. The trainers are supportive & committed to helping you reach your full potential. They encourage and motivate in ways that have you working harder than you thought possible but with incredible results! Also very knowledgeable with nutritional help and support. All fellow boot campers are fun and friendly. I joined in 2011 and live in Burnaby but I won't go anywhere else!

I've been going to Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp for about 9 months now. It started as one of those New Year's resolutions that (for me) usually lasts a month or so and then trails off because of disinterest. Not this time. Why? 1. Because the instructors are fantastic. They all bring their own unique style of keeping the class motivated and keeping it fun. And they know how to push us...the right way. 2. Because each day is a little bit different. Stations are different, exercises are different. And the instructors know when to switch it up. 3. My fellow Fit Body Boot Campers. This class attracts a great group of people - and creates a supportive environment of fun and cooperative fitness. This is not the place for posers, but for good people who are looking to make some healthy, positive changes in their lives.

Amazing decision! I've become so much stronger and have changed my eating habits to become healthier. Jonathan is truly vested in my and your success. He's open and willing to help at all times and helps you become accountable to your self. It's a great place to work out and become motivated as he discusses weekly themes that promote greatness within us. Thank you Fit Body!
