#1 on my list. Great way to start the day! Every workout is varied and challenging. The trainers are supportive & committed to helping you reach your full potential. They encourage and motivate in ways that have you working harder than you thought possible but with incredible results! Also very knowledgeable with nutritional help and support. All fellow boot campers are fun and friendly. I joined in 2011 and live in Burnaby but I won't go anywhere else!

Amazing decision! I've become so much stronger and have changed my eating habits to become healthier. Jonathan is truly vested in my and your success. He's open and willing to help at all times and helps you become accountable to your self. It's a great place to work out and become motivated as he discusses weekly themes that promote greatness within us. Thank you Fit Body!

Has to be one of THE best Boot Camp options!! I have been working out at Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp for 5 weeks and already have fantastic results; weight loss, decrease in body fat, better toned muscles, less fatigue AND have dropped down a pant size! Who doesn't love that!! Along with the amazing support from trainers during work outs, I have also gained valuable nutritional information which has made positive changes in my day to day living! Can't say enough about the energy and motivation received by Jonathon and his trainers; fit tips, life tips and one on one support! Yes, I recommend Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp, make the commitment and start training for 'life'!

I love this place! Joining Fit Body Bootcamp is honestly one of the best personal health decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve always been a bit of a wimp when it comes to exercise and not very good at pushing myself but the enthusiasm and good will here quickly get under your skin. Jonathan and Jade have a way of encouraging and teaching that have made me feel like I was maybe always a natural but just didn’t know it. I have absorbed the contagious ‘can-do’ attitude and I wake up in the morning looking forward to working out at 6am! (Yes you read that right.) I am stronger, I have more energy and I know that my body is going to be able to do the things I want to do. My recent participation in “The 6 Week Challenge” has changed the shape of my body and removed weight I had begun to think would never come off. I highly recommend this boot camp. If you are thinking of starting any kind of fitness program, try this one first. If you don’t think it’s for you try it anyways. You may be surprised by what you can achieve!

I was given a 6-week Fit Body Boot Camp membership + I absolutely love it! Super fun! Amazing trainers! And a great way to start my day! As this was a gift, I was not going to let my partner down (I also know that if I didn't get up early + go to bootcamp I am going to feel bad about myself, AND I hate that feeling). First day kicked my butt (run in evening helped with recovery tho), then it just got worse... BUT in a VERY GOOD WAY like "knock knock muscles, time to wake up and move!" By the end of the week I felt amazing! So much energy, I was ready for the next week. Second week was my vacation week. Informed Jonathan and he gave me 7 routines I can do each day while I'm away... and I did all of them within 25m without weights, so very helpful to keep me going while away. Tomorrow I get to return to an amazing group of people who seem to find enjoyment with every workout thrown at us. I know I'm looking forward to Jonathan's good sense of humour, ability to ooze his passion for fitness, and let's face it... his goofy funny jokes (I love 'em... lol). And Jade. She is amazing. Although compared to a drill sargent, it like that about her. She saw me with a weight I thought I was comfortable with and instructed me to pick up a heavier one... to my amazement, I did it! This boot camp is the best I've ever been too, other boot camps just don't cut it. These trainers are dedicated to every single persons strengths and they will give you the boost to go further. They excel at customer service, that's one of the key factors as to why I continue to return.

I've been to boot camp classes both in the States and China before. This is the most friendly and welcoming program I've experienced. Given the size of the class, I was surprised to received phone calls and text from Jonathan to follow up on my training. In other words, They are really pushing you to do your best.The instructors are nice, and easy to talk to compare to typical gym trainers. They will know you by name the second time you come to class. Class size is normally around 25 people for the 9:30 class. They also have a 6:30 AM class that I've never tried. The work out is 45 minutes. 5 minutes warm up, and always have few minutes to do stretching at the end. I recently participated in the 6 weeks challenge, and I already lost 8 lbs. during my first 10 days. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to lost weight or just need a friendly workout environment. I know people who’ve keep going to this program for years.

I have never been to any other group fitness programs for over a few months, but I love keep going to Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp. I've been going to Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp for over 2 years now, and I pretty much go everyday. Why do I keep going back? Because of Johnathan, the owner, and his awesome team of fitness instructors! Johnathan is a very fun, happy-go-lucky kind of guy. He likes to start each class by giving us a motivational speech, not just about fitness, but about life in general. I enjoy that part of the class very much. By listening to his speech everyday, some of the ideas do eventually sets in, and it does help me go through life's various challenges. Jade is like a drill-sergeant and pushes you hard. Lisa thinks up of new exercises every time. It is always fun and exciting to find out what new exercises she's going to make us do. Our camp mates are awesome, too. They bring a lot positive energy and are exactly the kind of people you want to be surrounded with in life. I love Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp and I will keep going back. If you are interested in health, fitness, and life in general, please come join me. :)

This is the best bootcamp out there! There are so many positives about this program. Jonathan is an amazing coach - kind, positive, empathetic, and pushes you hard to achieve your best. I love the HIT, body weight exercises that target compound muscle groups to get you fit through your entire body and core. The workouts are fast and over in 45 mins - fat burning, convenient, cardio and strength training. Its a really friendly, non judgemental, positive environment - everyone encourages everyone else - fun and addictive! With the exercise and Jonathan's diet/nutrition program I've lost 20 pounds since May, and am fitter and stronger than I've been in years - I really thought I would never get there, and I feel amazing now. I have been recommending FBBC to all my friends. You should try it - you won't regret it!
