Thank you, FiOS! The best part might have been when I called Comcast to cancel service.

I'm sold on the numbers. No purchases yet. But my comcast speed was less than half of that speed after checking.

Yeah, they are a blast to drive. Shame the internals on my engine blew out and now I'm selling it for scrap metal. :/

Do your homework and be prepared to pay a fair amount of upfront costs, but the low price of admission is absolutely worth it.
In life, the curmudgeons and pessimists who think of themselves as realists will regurgitate the tired trope of “there’s no such thing as a free lunch.” While it is true that cheap steak may include some gristle, it could potentially be the best steak you’ve ever had. But you could also choke on it.

New facilities. Pretty clean compared to other places. Some of the cheapest premium branded gas in the area, which keeps the German turbo happy.

Authentic Italian flat bread pizza. This is some of the best pizza in the city. The portions are good for the people. Wait staff is very friendly and there is usually plenty of seating. They have outdoor seating for warmer weather, but the view is a parking garage across the street.

Came to check out Cheeseadelphia 3 StarCraft tournament and was very happy. Atmosphere is really intimate where you brush shoulders with the players and commentators. The only knock was the poor A/C setup. It was hot and the 50 or so desktops in the room didn't help.

Super friendly staff. This is the fastest I've ever gotten through a rental desk, I was in and out with the keys in hand. Worth the trip over to get a great deal.

The Warby Parker selection is the reason I keep coming back. As convenience as it is to order and sample online, I don't have the patience. I want to pick my glasses and order on the spot. I ended up with reading and sunglasses the last time. After they came in, I wanted the reading glasses adjusted and came back. They saw me in 5 minutes and I was out the door in 10. Worth a look.

One of the best cheesesteaks in Philly. Skip the tourist spots and check this place out. They use really high quality beef and dazzle your taste buds. Also, the waffle cut fries are legendary. One sandwich can easily be split by two, so be prepared.

Tend to be busy at all hours it seems, but nothing beats an double-double. Shake shack and Five Guys are close but can't keep up. Every time I come into California, it's one of the first places I visit.
