I was at Scandinave earlier this month for a daytrip with my friend. I had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and explained the spa cycle clearly to us. The spa itself was remarkably relaxing, soothing and welcoming. We spent nearly three hours there and tried all the hot, cold and relaxation areas. Even the free tea and water was a nice bonus when we popped upstairs for a chat. The no talking policy was probably what made the experience what it was. I plan to be back again very very soon!

Super relaxing in a natural setting. Hot and cold bathes are a treat in the winter and the summer. The massage therapists are talented and the little cafe even has some tasty snacks. Paradise in the woods!

This place is so peaceful and relaxing that people can fall asleep in the hot sauna - I heard snoring while in there. Eucalyptus steam room is also awesome, and I loved the nordic cold pools so refreshing. Also went for a deep tissue masssage - access to the baths is included and you can go earlier / stay longer after - which makes the visit worth it! Highly recommended!

A perfect way to get away from the normal hectic life that most people lead. The no talking policy is a little challenging sometimes, but certainly adds to the overall experience. Hot. Cold. Relax. Get out of your comfort zone and just go for it! The cold waterfall, showers and/or bath can be very intimidating, but simply said, truly make the experience. After doing a few cycles, find a hammock and you'll enjoy a great snooze. Having been at the spa in the winter and summer, both times are excellent, but the winter adds a "magical" feel to everything. Snow drifting through the trees, steam rising from the baths, people huddled around the fire pits... You get the picture. Highly recommended.

Scandinave Spa in Whistler was a great experience after a long day of riding. The front desk service was friendly and helpful in explaining the spa cycle. They maintained a quiet, clean, and very relaxing environment. The location is beautiful and the hours are convenient. If you're ever in the area, pamper yourself by going to Scandinave Spa.

My wife and I spent the afternoon at this lovely resort and after almost five hours of relaxation and quiet enjoyment we left with a wonderful feeling of contentment. It was the highlight of our weekend and we plan on returning again this winter.
