Delicious basis for a hands-on engineering project. Nice, +Noah Cowan.

Pretty cool. Looking forward to more ways to talk to myself in public. I like how he appears to be able to select things with his MIND!

Independent Fabrication bikes are handbuilt by true craftsmen. Great HD video of the fabrication process. Make mine steel.

If you haven't been to the Product by Process site before, definitely check out some more of the videos there. A great collection of mostly HD videos showing how various products are made.

Maybe I spent too much time camping in West Virginia back in college, but "Tucker & Dale vs Evil" gives me a new perspective. I don't recall sporting the "pop-collar", though, and maybe that saved me. Hilarious and bloody.

Streaming now, on Netflix. http://movies.netflix.com/WiMovie/Tucker_Dale_vs._Evil/70129463?trkid=2361637

Finally, transparent aluminum! Actually aluminum oxynitride, but that's just a detail. Oh, the possibilities.

Got a pair of Sennheiser 280 headphones for the office so I can crank the music without disturbing anyone. Very decent sound. Most importantly, I can't hear ANYTHING coming from the conference table directly behind me. Yay, productivity.

If you think this leaves me wide open to a Nerf attack from above or behind, you might be right, but the first shot better be a good one because I'm working on a response.

Wow. Flying cars are on the way! Of course, it needs to be super-cooled with what looks to be relatively large amounts of "dry ice", but that's just a minor technicality.
