Dear Improv, Last nite John Witherspoon show I along with my wife and several of our family have been attending events and comedy shows over in Addison for years look up our credit card receipts if you want to verify. I am writing this with a very disappointed attitude. I feel that the service we received was sub par and unprofessional, I believe it started from the booth I simply asked the gentlemen would he explain this new $10.00 convenience fee and was totally at a loss as to why the guy felt offended, I asked because there is no convenience when I printed the ticket on my printer and still had to get in the line and go to the box, so again what convenience. I feel tack on fees like this are not kosher, enough said then we order a catfish platter and the fish was not even cooked. They took the plate back and the show was over by the time we got our plate back. Then to add insult to the injury the waiter like demanded an extra tip on top of the extra fees we paid for having a large party at our table? Our party spent several hundred dollars. I told my people unless someone answers these questions I will not be doing business with the Improv in the future and I will advice all my people to do the same.
