This company is trifling. I placed my order of 3 diaper covers from Ruffle Buns on Feb. 16. My delivery date was scheduled for March 9. On Monday, March 7, I called Ruffle Buns and spoke with Heather concerning my order since the tracking information was not being updated. The last bit of info available was that my order had been processed. She was nice, and she told me to wait to see if the package was delivered on the delivery date. It was not. Honestly, had I done my research beforehand, I would NOT have ordered from this company. Apparently, there are countless issues with shipping and people not receiving their products. I left 4 messages to be called back, a message on their Facebook page, and a direct message on Facebook. I called back Tuesday, March 15. I spoke with a somewhat rude customer service representative (Mia Sullivan). She told me the shipment should have arrived (duh). She then said that some of my products were on back order, and I would have to choose something else. I asked would it take another month to get the shipment, and she said it would be a week. Red flag! I quickly told her to refund my money. You mean to tell me my original order takes a month but a second order can magically appear in a week? Please. I want every cent of my money back.

I went here for a food tasting as I'm having my rehearsal dinner here in November. I'm from SC, so my sister was on the prowl via internet to find something suitable and affordable. My sister is a foodie, so I trusted her opinion. When we got there, I immediately judged the place based on its outside looks. We walked in, and the inside was nicely decorated. We spoke with Chef Ron, and we got a look at the menu. Even though all of my guests will be eating the same thing, it was nice to see the variety they offer on a regular basis. We tasted the food...and OMG! It was soooo good. As I stated before, I'm from SC...that makes me a sweet tea snob. The tea here is delicious! As I ate, I totally forgot about the outside of the place. I'm so grateful my sister found this place, and I can't wait to eat here again in November!

This store has just opened recently, and so far I'm loving it. They have awesome sales and clearances, and their prices are quite reasonable. The workers and manager, Brian, are extremely helpful and accommodating. It's a great place to shop.

The staff here is so sweet. I've gone a few times to get a ring guard put on my ring. The associates are always so pleasant, and they always provide me with such an intimate experience.

I've read the negative reviews, and I'm blown away. Each time I've gone to DB (four times for me, the bridesmaids, alterations, and fitting), I've had a wonderful experience. It does help that I am an organized bride. I was blessed to work with Julia who actually found my gown. She is such a sweet and talented consultant, and she knows how to make a client feel comfortable. I went on a Monday afternoon with an appointment, and the store wasn't crowded at all. Monica, another associate, was so funny and helpful. She came to check on me while I was trying on gowns, and she came back once I found my gown. I love how personable all the associates have been since I've been going there. When I went for my bridesmaids, I had a different consultant who was trying to help me and another bride. We were able to do a lot on our own, so that was fine. The third time I went for alterations, and the alterations manager was such a pleasure to work with. She offered advice, and I overheard her waive an expedited fee for another bride. (I love good customer service!) My fees weren't waived, but I was ecstatic to find that my alterations were so reasonably priced. I only paid $55 for straps and a bustle. I have to go back in a few weeks to pick up my gown, and I expect nothing less than what I've already received: friendly service, phone calls to let me know what's going on with my girls' dresses, personable service, etc. If you're thinking of going to DB, don't be deterred by the negative reviews; many people only leave reviews when they have something negative to say. Check them out, and make your own decision. I'm so glad I did!
