Interesting article, it makes it tough for Berkeley to justify their abuses of power when the occupy movement has been found to be acting within their constitutional rights. There's a brief mention of the validity given that Dewey Square, like Sproul Plaza and unlike Zucotti Park, is a known public forum space. It is a scary day when the questions and ideals of the youth are quashed before even entering the corrupt capitalist reality of life that they protest against.

If you make music, take advantage while the upload library is more limited. The site is fully open to submissions. Smaller user-base right now, but higher exposure probability.

The NW does energy right. A rare time when I can be proud of my former office (Wyden) AND my home-state senator (Crapo). Though Crapo is the only one of the two who has spoken about me personally on the floor.

Pretty good and creative cocktails. Like the atmosphere and the dishes are above average at the worst, with some being quite excellent.

Great service, at least at off peak times. Pretty damn good sushi in general, and creative dishes. The various toro is excellent here.

The service was better than great. The owner was incredibly helpful and conscientious. Could maybe knock a couple bucks off entrees, but this is quality food nonetheless.

Papusas are good, cheese only though. The enchiladas were not enchiladas, no other way to put it. The food mostly reminded me of "mexican" food from a school cafeteria. Low on flavor, freshness, and ability beyond putting prepackaged ingredients together in one form of tortilla or another.
