I took my fiancé back to Ruby Tuesday on Valentine's Day 2015. We had our first date there and coming back to celebrate was special. I let them know why we were coming back and they really did a great job for us. We were treated to a champagne toast and nicely decorated table. At the end of our meal they brought us a dessert that had 'Congratulations' spelled in chocolate sauce. Not only was it a good meal, they know how to make a special situation more memorable. Thank you to Ruby Tuesday by Southridge for the great service!

Not kid friendly, and if you have kid expect to be treated as an unwanted guest. First visit their with my 18 month old child they told me that their will be a 45 minute wait do to needing a table that can have a high chair next to it. According to them its a fire code violation to put a high chair next to a booth. Booths were available and their were plenty of them open. We left and ate elsewhere. Second visit we were sat quickly but our server pretty much ignored us. Food was slow and bland, and drinks never refilled. I will not be returning.

I received a gift card and decided to use it towards Ruby Tue Go. I placed my order online and was told 30 minutes until it was ready. When I arrived at the establishment, the bartender had no idea of my order. It took eight employees asking me questions to figure out that I ordered online and that those tickets go to a different computer. Once my order was located, they were still waiting on my baked mac 'n' cheese (which we later threw out because it was burnt). Ilene was very helpful and offered me some cheddar biscuits to take with me. When I got home, I realized that neither of my orders had the french fries that they were supposed to come with. I called the store and they placed me on hold, another girl answered and placed me on hold again. She told me that the ticket never printed that I ordered french fries. I told her that the menu states that both items I ordered come with fries. She offered to send out a gift card because by this time I was not interested in driving back, as our food was already cold from waiting for the burnt mac 'n' cheese to be ready. I have eaten in at the location a few times, without any issues. I will be reconsidering my choices next time due to this poor experience. The staff tried to place blame on everyone but themselves for the mistakes that were made. I was told that the online order system goes to a different computer-not my problem. As a customer I want to be able to order my food and take it to go when it is ready. It is the staffs responsibility to make sure that they receive these orders. If the staff is incompetent to the online system, don't offer it. Then, when I called about the missing french fries, I was blamed for not ordering them...Do you even know what is on your menu?! Overall, this experience was a huge disappointment. The amount of confussion amongst the staff is insane. It is necessary to have so many employees when none of them can figure out where an order went? I counted about 20 different workers while I was waiting for this ordeal to be dealt with. Maybe quality staff will be better than quantity.

A tasty food. A competent waiter. There is some room for improvement, though. No waiting area. You'll stand inside, blocking the entrance, waiting for staff to prepare your table because apparently they have forgotten about the reservation you had made. Wrapped, but not fully clean utensils. Seating area not swept; large chips, vegetables, straw sleeves on the floor. Nearly an hour from entrance to meal time. And you exit without any acknowledgment from the host watching you leave. Simple shortcomings can cause customers to change brands. And when they do so in large enough numbers, stock prices fall. It took just four years to shrink RT by over 50%.

My husband & I went here because we had great memories of going to Ruby Tuesday's when it use to be in the mall. However, we were very disappointed. We ordered artichoke dip that was not good at all but they were nice and switched it for a dessert of Tarrismasu. The tarrimasu was frozen & still very cold & I couldn't eat it. The waitress took a long, long time to wait on us & it was dead in the restaurant so I didn't dare ask for it to be warmed up. When we left there was only like one other couple. We also had a burger that was tough, but the fries were good. We are wishing we had gone to Olive Garden, Red Lobster, TGFI Friday's or any place else. Won't be going there again.

food was good, but pricey. also the service was horrible. the girl came to our table and asked if we wanted rolls then came back without them. my husband had the salad bar and said it was small and a waste of money. go somewhere else.
