I was very disappointed w/ the mark up on a part from this appliance company. I needed a defroster heater for my refrigerator and he quoted a $125 price for the part from Marcones Supply w/ $85 labor before taxes. He had to go get the part. When I balked about the part price he gave me $20 off for a coupon he had online. I called Marcone's after he left and the part only cost $49.88. That's $75 over the part price! I called him and cancelled and paid him his $35 service charge. He said he only charges 1.5 % over part price. Really? That's a heck of a 1.5 %! I called someone else and got it done for $119 plus tax and still saved $40 paying the extra $35 service call.Never again!

Lloyd Copeland in my opinion is the worst appellate attorney to ever exist. In 1987, he was with Clark,Deen and Copeland as their appellate attorney and worked on the capital case of Grady Gibson. Due to his negligence and incompetence, Lloyd filed Grady's appeal in federal court rather than state court causing him many extra years in prison. Not only that but he had a police file with much evidence that could have reversed Grady's conviction but he obviously didn't read it resulting in critical evidence to be expired. The man should be disbarred.

I went to this clinic a few times for a bad sinus infection and needed antibiotics.I went there because it was after hours and I couldn't take off work . Dr. Matella? was there and gave me antibiotics which didn't clear up the infection. I went back after a couple of weeks and asked for a different kind and he was real rude and told me not to come back there and go to my primary care Dr.I understand the premise behind that but I am paying him for a service and he needs to treat patients in a more courteous fashion.I doubt he would have a thriving practice if he were in his own practice because he has no bedside manner! I won't go back there for any reason if he is the Dr.!

This store frequently does not have prices on their merchandise prompting you to have to ask the salespeople how much things cost. It is also very hot in there in the summertime. I find it difficult to shop there when I'm sweating.

Love her! Love her ! Love her! Years ago I had a small lump in my breast and I went to her mostly because she was a woman. I could't have made a better choice. She took it out right in her office and spent a great deal of time explaining about lumps and reassuring me it was probably benign. I was petrified! She called me right away when the results came in (benign) and didn't let me worry needlessly.Last year I had another lump and had the mammogram at Baptist. The results were I had a 7cm lump in my right breast. I had to have a stereotactic biopsy. They wouldn't tell me on the phone the results of the biopsy and made me drive there although I insisted I wanted to know on the phone. They said it had to be done in person.I could hardly drive back. Baptist wanted me to have the lump taken out there and I refused stating I was going to Dr. Schurman. When I got the patholgy report from Baptist it said I had adenosis ( precancer cells) and reported there were lumps in both breasts. The report was wrong and it was a 7 mm lump not a 7 cm! Quite a difference. The radiologist there said I would probably have to take tamoxifen. I had the lumpectomy by Dr. Schurman at Santa Rosa Hospital and there was no evidence of adenosis or anything and she called me on the phone to tell me! I would not go to any other surgeon again!
