This used to be my favorite buffet on the Strip offering a variety of foods and great Mediterranean dishes. It's mostly average now and pricey. Lunch isn't a full menu and some food stations aren't open or completely stocked.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone, unless you want to wait 2 hours in line and receive horrible service. The minimum wage workers at walmart treat u better then they did to me and my family today. If there was a 0 rating it would describe my experience better. Save UR self some time and money, choose somewhere else.

Well I have eaten there many times over the year the biggest problem is that I eat too much. You want to get a free players card which gives you a discount. They also participate in something which is absolutely fantastic called the buffet of buffets where there's about five or more participating buffets including the Paris and you get a 24 hour pass to go is to as many of those buffets as you want as many times as you can go and the price on that during the week with a players card can be $54 or at least it's been that for a number of years more expensive on weekends and holidays. Sometimes the lines are horrendously long those are the lines at my other favorite buffet the Paris. Actually I usually stay at this end of town but I got some coupons and tried some other birthdays in town which were free because of my coupons and they were also extremely good. But I usually stay either at the Hilton Elara or the Marriott grand Chateau which is very very close.

The wait at Spice Market Buffet was crazy! We called ahead and were told it was a 25-minute wait; we actually waited at least an hour and a half in three different lines. When we were finally seated, we noticed over half of the tables were empty. It just seemed like the restaurant was severely under-staffed. There were only two cashiers open, tables took forever to be cleared, the solo worker running the dessert station was incredibly stressed out, and food dishes took awhile to be refilled at the buffet. A restaurant with such a huge line and so many empty tables just didn't make sense. Luckily the food was good and was a decent price, but we will not be coming again...not worth the wait.

Seeing as I gave the sneak preview in my PH review here is the more detailed version. Spice Market to me is the most interesting concept buffet I've seen. Being a foodie with access to some of the best buffet's outside of Vegas I hold the restaurant type in high regard. There is quality and quantity and good amounts of both reside here. You can really only eat American or non ethnic foods for so long before getting absolutely bored and living, working and growing up in highly diverse communities I found a passion for flavors of the world. This is something that Vegas has failed to understand with the standard buffets at other casino's. Sure they have everything you'd expect from sausage, prime rib, crab legs, shrimp, pasta, burgers, etc, but they also have KBBQ, cous cous, vegetarian dishes besides vegetables, kabobs, spring rolls, pad thai, carne asada, lamb gyro. The deserts could be better, but honestly I think they just need to be more hip. Offer some cake pop's, some bread pudding and not just brownies and sundae's and chocolate fountains. The desert game is uncharted territory for them and usually only the big boys can really diversify into that level. Service is excellent and the price is marginally higher than comparable standard buffets at other casino's. It basically is a multi ethnic food court stacked on top of a Vegas buffet. Lets face it the demographics speak for themselves in the people who come here and the people who live there and work there. Expose yourself to some culture, come eat here. It will remind you more of home when you've been in Vegas too long. The bad thing is that I eat buffets pretty often so stuffing my face while out here is a flaw I've fixed. I've explored off the strip and found some gems, but if taking a 10 minute taxi isn't your thing and you want to stay within your casino/hotel this is a fine establishment.

Enjoy your time in other restaurant/buffet, don't waste your time waiting in the line. The staff in front is the rudest ever. I agree with one other review. Walmart provides better service. The food variety is limited and quality is bad. Completely not worth the $35 I paid and one hour I waited.

Liked the variety of foods and quality. Prices are very fair. Servers could do a little more.
