Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille wrote a letter to the approximately 70,000 registered attorneys in the state calling on them to make a personal commitment to provide pro bono legal services to low-income Pennsylvanians and financial support to legal aid organizations.
