Beautiful water fountain that you can walk under. Many benches to sit on. There are some sales people that may haggle you. Grass is well kept.

No crowd. But not much equipment. There is an incline and flat bench for the chest. Two sets of Dumbbells, the heaviest I think is 20 lbs. there is a curling bar as well. There is a punching bag and a speed bag. Mirrors all around. The gym is in the basement. There is other few machines for your back and legs. We are talking about two workouts per muscle group at the best. One good thing is that there are clamps for the bars so that the weights don't slide out. It cost me about ten soles to get a day pass but I bargained and got in for 8.

Amazing location. Clean. Peaceful. It has large rooms with standup shower along with a hot tub. Getting there is a little tough. I will post a YouTube video of the place.

The dentist is prompt and professional. Very clean and detailed oriented. I had my tooth extracted. Bone graft put in. Then an implant. Next week I am getting my crown that will be made in his office. I am excited to see how that comes out.

The hotel has excellent staff. Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast is amazing also. My only issue with the hotel is that it doesn't have any gym. Other than that the hotel as s hotel is being managed nice. Also, this has nothing to do with the hotel but there are people trying to sell you something as soon as you step outside of the hotel. I mean on the steps of the hotel.

This place is a good value. I went to the bathhouse and had a massage. The bathhouse has a jacuzzi and a cold pool. I went on a Saturday night and it was full of men that were either retired or getting close to it. It was over all clean. Not too crowded. The Swedish sauna had very good and intense steam. The massage is more of a light massage. Most people don't speak English well. Over all good experience and a very professional massage. Nothing shady here.
