I bet you can relate...

You wake up & have a strong resolve to follow your diet plan ALL DAY. But by mid morning or early afternoon, you find yourself eating food that you hadn't intended to have. 

And now Because you've 'messed up' - you rationalize yourself into eating more and more because you couldn't do it "perfectly".

I woke at 6:00 this morning with an answer to a personal challenge I'm having - and I feel compelled to share it...
