I've stayed at lots of cheap hotels all over the world. This one crosses the line between cheap and unacceptable. The fold out sofa bed looked like the sheets hadn't been changed in months and I had to have housekeeping change them before we could use them. Molding around the floor in the bathroom was rotting. Someone's beer bottle got left in the closet. Two moldy hand towels were left hanging on the shower curtain. The no smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and was outfitted with ash trays. The fridge in the room didn't work. The ice machine for the whole building didn't work. The "hot" breakfast consisted of a toaster and a dirty waffle maker with make your own waffles. The staff was nice, but lacked the basic concepts of hospitality. The courtesy shuttle to the hotel was an old van driven quite recklessly, with half the seat belts broken or missing. The room was only $64/night, but I felt like that was even double what the room was worth.

I had an employee offer to pay for his own hotel if that location was all there was. A corporate travel agent had booked him there. Welcome and hope it gets better.

Mediocre... Certainly nothing special. Fried calamari was bland and undercooked, spinach artichoke dip was also bland and slightly cold. Wings were decent, but not nearly as good as several other places ive been. Ribs were overcooked and the sauce was too sweet. Wifes lobster was decent, but weve also had much better for much cheaper. Service was decent. Beer selection was minimal at best, and very overpriced... I wont be back.

restaurant was almost empty, though the bar was full... service was decent... not excellent, but no worse than most places. what stood out to me was the food... we got beer battered onion rings and spinach cheese dip for apps. Onion rings were good, spinach dip was the best I've ever had. My wife got the Tuscan chicken sandwich which was superb and huge. I built my own burger with bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, a fried egg, tomato and lettuce. I have literally eaten burgers all over the world and burgers are by far my favorite food. I've had amazing burgers all over the country, but this one, in my opinion, beat them all. Juicy, flavorful, well cooked, and set off with an excellent kaiser roll for a bun, and decently seasoned steak fries. Adding in the multitudes of craft beer, and I'll definitely be back.

Awful. To start with they waited two months to pay off my trade in and I actually had the old bank calling me to repossess it. Then they also asked me to lie on the bank documents to get me into a more expensive truck then I could afford. But what is really pissing me off now (I bought the truck almost two years ago now) is that when I bought it I insisted they include a spare. I just had occasion to need it for the first time. They put o tire with a blown sidewall on a rim that didn't even fit the truck, and then hid the blown sidewall by putting it up under the truck. Absolutely awful company. Don't ever, ever, ever buy from them.

Not great... Restaurant was about half full, but our party of four still had to wait nearly twenty minutes for a seat. Our food came fairly quickly, but it had clearly sat in the pass for a while. My fries were cold, the bottom bun on my burger was completely disintegrated from the grease, and my wife's steak ordered medium came out barely rare. My sons kids cheeseburger had nearly double the fries that my American Stacked burger had! Our waitress was friendly, but never even managed to offer us a refill on our waters. Wendy's makes a better, less greasy burger for half the price and in a quarter of the time. I won't be back.

Great service, typically fast service, and very helpful. Sometimes you don't recognize what a good thing you have until you lose it! I no longer love in Pagoda, bit just had to come give these guys a review as I'm sitting in a Tires Plus in Florida experiencing awful service...

A delight. The Brio Tuscan Grill was a wonderful pick for a date night with my wife. Though it was a busy Friday night, we were seated quickly and the service from Lisa J. was superb. The complimentary baskets of fresh sourdough started when we sat down and kept on coming until we had to turn them away. We each started with an app before going on to our main courses. My wife got the prosciutto and spinach pizza while I got the calamari. My wife hates calamari, but actually enjoyed the couple pieces I was willing to share with her, while her pizza was excellent. For our mains, I got one of the chef's specialties, the Shrimp Fettuccine in a spicy Lobster sauce, and it was incredible! The lobster was perfectly poached and the pasta was clearly fresh. My wife got a mushroom and cheese ravioli which she said was amazing. For dessert we split their trio of desserts, which included a crem brulee, a cheesecake, and a rum cake, and I also got a tiramisu. All were excellent. All the staff had awesome attitudes and really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. While Lisa J. was our main server, several other folks, including management, waited on us throughout the course of the evening. With a bottle of wine between us, and a couple martinis with dessert, our bill came to $140 before gratuity, so its certainly not a cheap place, but it was worth every penny, and we will definitely be going back!
