To many hipsters, mallrats or whatever you want to call them. The kids working in the stores, (I'm not an old man its just most of the employees are in high school), they barely have any idea of the products they represent. If they have the time to help you if their phone hasn't completely gotten tbeir attention yet. Its always busy, you'll hardly ever find a decent parking spot. The roads around the mall are jam packed with traffic. Not your ordinary metro atl traffic, this is something even worse. Barrett parkway is the main road and traffic is bumper to bumper at all times, on the weekends be wary of idiot's with their fast and furious cars trying to race, cut you off, or run into to you. Anywhere in metro atl the malls have bad traffic around them. This one takes first place by far.

My experience at the Town Center Champs was disappointing to say the least. Grand sons father order 2 pair of shoes online from Champs and they were the wrong size. All I wanted to do was exchange for the correct size I had no receipt as I explained that to the sales associates and manager Jacqualine the father is stationed in S. Korea and had order the shoes. Her actions clearly let me know she didn't believe that because she proceed to tell me the store does not sell 1/2 sizes. Which is and out right a LIE!! I called the 800 number today for online services in which I asked her to do that for me and she did not!! Kristin online was able to find the receipt and order number so I will be exchanging the shoes. But what POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER PATRONAGE THIS LOCATION. Can you say RACIAL PROFILING. DID all of this in front of all the WHITE CUSTOMERS

Town center mall is very clean and has really nice workers! My favorite store in there is Delia's and I've been in there twice and they remembered my name and age. It is only crowded near starbucks (no duh) and a little by the food court. Overall, it is an average big mall. :)

My visit to Wet Seal was both embarrassing and infuriating. After trying on shorts in the changing room, I was approached by one of the two associates working at the time and accused of stealing several pairs of earrings. After stating at least two times that I did not steal nor am I able to wear earrings, she insisted on searching my person and purse for the earrings stating that it would be easier to do this than get security involved. After the earrings were not found, I was not apologized to nor was there any indication of sympathy to my inconvenience and embarrassment. I do not know if this is their policy, but I have never encountered a policy like this in any retail environment that either I or people I know have worked at. I do not intend to shop at this location again. If you do want to shop here, make sure you DOUBLE CHECK the changing room you use for open packages or labels and inform the associates of them immediately to avoid this fate yourself!

One of the nicest malls I've ever been to. Clean, pretty, and always pleasant to visit.

After reviewing the website of The Walking Company, I knew that I wanted to visit but I was disappointed in the physical store which was small and looked relatively barren. Many of the shoes that I'd seen on the website were not in the store, none of the nicer ones, like Mephisto. Worse still, only about 25% of the shoes stocked were for men. If not for Heather's intervention, my visit would have been a complete waste of time. As it was, I left with a pair of orthotics which I am eager to try out....
