Terrible customer service and extremely slow follow through if any at all. I talked with three different people at AC Motors and they were all very rude and hostile. We took the car for a test drive and discovered that the AC was not working. We were told by the salesman when we purchased our vehicle that he didn't even know that the air conditioner was not working. We purchased the car under the condition that AC Motors pays for the AC to get fixed. When I called to asked the shop manager about this he stated that he had the parts to fix it. I told him that when we purchased the car the salesman told us he did not know that the AC was not working. So how can the shop manager have parts to fix the AC on a car that the salesman "didn't know was broken?" Also, we left our dog kennel in the vehicle we traded in. We called our salesman multiple times asking about this and he responded with "I will get it shipped today, or let me call you back," (he never called back.) Over a month later I called and spoke with Jesse who told me the dog kennel was still at the shop and that he would ship it. (Thank you Jesse, I hope it arrives soon.) We were given a 21 day temporary license plate while waiting for tabs and license plates. We received our tabs in the mail after the 21 days were up, but still no license plates. Why were our tabs not paid for until the 20th of September when we purchased the car at the end of August? When I spoke with a women about this she told me our license plates were shipped on September 21st. When I asked her why they were not paid for until then her response was, "I have no idea." We have now been driving around with no license plates and an expired temporary plate. Thank you AC Motors.
