If you know anyone who is buying a home please suggest that they give us a call. A short phone conversation can save them thousands of dollars on costly electrical upgrades which insurance companies require once a home is sold. We tend to catch a lot of things that home inspectors miss because we are licensed electricians.

To anyone who is currently selling a home. Aluminum mitigation with Alumiconn connectors has been the accepted and affordable practice to remediate the risks associated with aluminum wiring.  Insurance companies are now refusing to insure homes which have been repaired in this manner despite Alumiconns being UL listed and widely accepted for this practice.  They are demanding that all aluminum branch wiring is removed and that homes be rewired with copper branch circuits .

We replaced this pump at North Shore Pool in conjunction with Ferris Pools last Saturday.  This 25 HP pump burned up and we had the pump replaced and the new one running by Saturday evening.
