Completed my first car purchase from this dealership on Saturday, January 3, 2015. We looked online, found the car we liked, called and spoke to Richard, but worked with Jeremie once we were in the dealership. They were very nice to work with, absolutely no pressure, knowledgeable about the vehicle. When it came to Financing, we were passed onto Myles, which was also a very easy process. After unloading the car that we’d brought in to trade, Richard took some time to sit in the vehicle with me to walk me through most of the interface’s functions. I took away one star because: +1 star, it came with all-weather RDX mats -1 star, there was not a full tank of gas when we drove off the lot -1 star, when I arrived home, I wanted to pull out the owner’s manual to sync up our gadgets only to find that there wasn’t one. I have reached out to my sales reps and was told this will be rectified, still pending receipt of the owner’s manual. According to their sales team, they are the #3 Acura dealership in the country. I guess only time will tell! I will write another review once I utilize their service department.

Typical dealership. Gave me such a hard time on my trade, which was worth $15k, but they gave me$11500 after much negotiation. Service department is crap. Have my car in to install the front sensors for the past 6 days, when it was supposed to be only 1 day. No one seems to respond or know where the car is. I am still waiting on the status. Gave me a loaner car that literally smells of 'worn socks' and I have no choice but to drive it. Not sure how they expect return business with service like this.

Pre-owned Certified Acura TL Purchase The most seamless car deal I have ever made! Looked up my pricing on the internet sales and checked other dealers as well but got the usual run around! Until I called Muller and got Kevin who was more than willing to physically check the cars they had for me, and he gave me accurate and honest information on the phone! Went in that night and bought the car. He had Tommy helping us with all the paper work and he showed me how to set up my phone etc. He was awesome too! No BS, no hassles, just found what I wanted at a fair price! Would recommend this dealer to anyone!

We bought our MDX twice with them and the salesman we dealt with was Larry Grose (on both occasions). Larry was a pleasant sales consultant that won't make you feel like you have to buy a car right away. He's very professional and will get you the kind of car you wanted not like McGrath's which was a bunch of crooks and will do a bait and switch on you and add a bunch of insurance and other cost without your knowledge. 4 stars only because Muller's service department in 2 occasions forgot that our car was already done being serviced and we waited almost and additional hour before we got out car back... lately they seem to be improving though. I still like them.

Service Department is a night mare ! Check the loaner first thouroughly they give you. They made me pay $800 worth in damages which I never did. They fool you arround by saying we checked the car and there is no dents or scratches, when you return it they will make you accountable for previous damages. Service amanger was rude to deal with. After multiple attempts to talk to GM , he never called me back or he never got the message. I opened the case in BBB and you all can search for it by yourself. MY Acura was having issues with bluetooth to the stage that I couldnt stay on call for more than 10 min, they repeatedly denied it till they found out that there was an issue with iOS 8 and Acura systems. They said they will call me back once they have a solution. I never recieved a phone call and ended up using bluetooth headset for 3 months. Paid so much of the premium price for the technology which didnt work. I called and they said iOS 8.2 update fixed the isue so I need to re connect the phone, I followed all the steps as mentioned , but problem remained. I ended up trade in the car to go Lexus, Dont know why I went to Acura.

Extremely Disappointed; Terrible Customer Experience I went to this dealership with the intent on being a repeat customer. I had bought a 2005 TSX from this dealership and have been pleased with the vehicle and the service department. I test drive the MDX with Tommy Pililimis and he basically just sat through the test drive. He was not offering any information about the vehicle or the features. I liked how the vehicle drove so I set-up an extended test drive on 7/2/2014. When I arrived the vehicle was not ready and I was given a dirty service loaner without the features I had requested. After the extended test drive I still liked the vehicle so I decided to give this dealership one more chance. I called the GM Chris Eugenis on 7/21/2014 to express the terrible experience I had had with the salesman and the dealership and to discuss how we could move forward with a final test drive as we had narrowed our decision down to the MDX and the Infiniti QX60. Chris never apologized for the poor service and then he stated he would have a salesperson call me. A few hours later Tommy called me to schedule a final test drive. I was shocked the GM sent me back to the salesman that I expressed concerns about! I asked Tommy to explain some of the safety features of the MDX and he said “Didn’t I go over those with you already?” Again I was shocked by this response! In summary, I purchased the Infinit QX60 this week from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. At the Infiniti dealership I received professional service through the whole process. Prior to every test drive a salesperson explained the features of the vehicle and the Sales Manager spoke with me during every visit. The treatment I received from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates is what you would expect when you are purchasing a luxury brand…not the unprofessional service I received at Muller’s Woodfield Acura.

Best Service Department Ever!!!! I seriously cannot remember the last time I have been treated so well. Totally unbelievable! Kim is just awesome. She just went so far beyond the call of duty, took such good care of me, and I cannot say enough about her. She is a great asset to the company. Much thanks and appreciation to Kim and her manager, Mark. Not only do I love the Acura cars, I now love the service!!!! Such quality in both!!!!

Seth was great to work with. He was atypical of what most of us think when we picture a car salesman, in that, he was very low pressure and highly transparent about what could and could not reasonable be done - there were no games. I was fully expecting that I'd be purchasing a different make from a different dealer, but Seth got me to a price/value point that I couldn't overlook and ultimately won my business. He made sure to stay part of the transaction until I literally drove off the lot - helping oversee final detailing to the point where he rolled up his sleeves and pitched in. Great salesman, great dealer experience as a result.
