Today is the last day of our Yoga Vacation and our micro-community has begun to fragment as people start to make their way onto their next destination.

Once again I am rendered speechless by how special and transformative these events are. Once again I am honoured to be able to pass on the transmission of information that I have been fortunate enough to receive from my teachers and life experiences. Once again I am in awe of the power of shared intention to bring together people who, in different times and circumstances, might never have met or connected to each other.

Once again, I am beyond grateful to be able to do this work and create these spaces all over the world for others to find their truth and do their transformative work.

To everyone who shared this moment with us, thank you. Now bring this moment back into your worlds and incorporate it into every day to come. ❤️

Strawberry, Banana & Coconut Oil Smoothie Recipe

Do you remember the strawberry-banana ice cream pops and treats that were so popular when you were a kid? This smoothie is just like that, but it’s even better because it’s actually good for you.

Protect Your Kidneys With Parsley Juice
Regular usage of fresh parsley juice provides regular exchange of oxygen and also stimulates the function of the adrenal and thyroid glands. The elements that are found in the juice boost the walls of blood vessels, the capillaries and arteries.
