According to a recent medical report published in the Journal of Urology, drinking iced tea may increase the likelihood of developing kidney stones that could be bad for your health. Iced tea contains high concentrations of oxalate, a key ingredient in the formation of kidney stones, a disorder of the urinary tract. "For many people, iced tea is potentially one of the worst things they can drink," said Dr. John Milner of the department of urology, Loyola University Chicago.

Bones get stronger when you use them. The best way to strengthen them is to do at least five hours of weight-bearing exercise a week. It’s important to identify the exercises that will increase bone density. Weight lifting, including curls and bench presses, is a beneficial activity … dancing, stair-climbing and brisk walking are all weight-bearing exercises, that help build healthy bones.
