Good Brunch! Great Southern food and nice ambiance with the jazz in the background. I liked that they had some healthy choices like fruit and salad in the brunch too. Overall very happy we tried it on our SF visit.

My ultimate favorite fried chicken is from Little Skillet, but when we came here for dinner, their fried chicken came out very dry. The mac and cheese was oily too. The ambiance was great, but the fried chicken experience here was such a disappointment. Perhaps it was because we tried it for Dine About Town...

Good ambiance, decent food. I had the cider when I went here and it was way too sweet for me. I'd go back.

This was the best meal I had this year and I enjoyed every morsel.  I have wanted to try this restaurant for a while, and I was not disappointed.  The southern fried chicken with moist dark meat was cooked perfectly with crispy skin but not too meaty (some may say that there’s not enough meat but I like my fried chicken that way).  The collard greens were delicious with a spicy kick. One of the dinner companions commented that the shells n’ cheese needed more seasoning but I think the lighter version complemented the chicken and greens.  The biscuits with the right amount of flakiness and the waffles were tasty.  The only drawback was the blaring music that was distracting and too loud to have a conversation.

4.5 stars :) Brought a big group from the Philippines here and we loved the food. Corn bread was moist and filling, gumbo was yummy, a little spicy for the kids, so they changed it for them and gave them sweet potato fries instead, which was a big hit. Loved the Steak & Shrimp with grits! The red velvet mini cupcake was the perfect ender (wish it was the normal, bigger size though). Service was good, Staff very friendly. For big groups, must make reservations. (I did a limited menu to make things easier for our group and staff of FarmerBrown) If you're bringing kids (not really recommended though), make sure to make it an early dinner thing, because it gets really packed and noisy after 7pm.

Went here with girlfriends for early dinner and grab a cocktail beforehand. Cocktails were amazing. They have happy hour everyday ! Isn't it great! Farmer brown is famous for their chicken and waffles which we ordered too. And their seafood gumbo oh wow super yum! I hope they have it in singapore !

Came here for brunch. Cute place with a rustic feel. Pretty pricey. Staff was friendly but a small place so I wouldn't recommend for groups.

Came here for dinner. The food was OK but nothing spectacular, and it was also quite expensive. I'll have to come back for the buffet. For normal dinner, there are better options around.
