To know if you're a good leader simply look behind you, if no one is following then you're just taking a walk! Courage is knowing when to stand up & when to sit down! Mr.President are you really the best leader for our country right now? Is it possible someone else could do a better job? Takes real Courage!

“There’s no excuse for Congress to stand by and do nothing while so many families are struggling.”

If you were going to die soon and had only one phone call you could make, who would you call and what would you say? And why are you waiting? ~Stephen Levine
IF you choose, you can make this a day to remember for someone. You have the power to choose who, what you will do or say and, how you will do it or say it.
I PROMISE, YOU WILL RECEIVE MORE OUT OF IT THEN THEY WILL!!!! JUST DO IT!

Success is defined differently by everyone but FAILURE is defined only one way! "The condition or fact of not achieving the desired end or ends"
What is the magic cure for "failure", its PERSISTANCE. Success comes from taking just one more step, trying one more time, making one more phone call, running one more lap, digging one more foot. A drop of water has conquered many mountains of rock, An aunt has devoured many lions. YOU CAN WIN IF YOU PERSIST

ALMOST Everyone I hear dislikes Mondays and love Fridays!! There Jobs are not what they wish they were doing on a daily basis. Here’s some quotes and some Hope and Suggestions!

1.“Being busy does not always mean real work. The object of all work is production or accomplishment and to either of these ends there must be forethought, system, planning, intelligence, and honest purpose, as well as perspiration. Seeming to do is not doing.” —Thomas A Edison
2.“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” — Confucius
3.“Working gets in the way of living.” — Omar Sharif
4.“Men for the sake of making a living forget to live.” — Margaret Fuller
5.“Working is for losers, doing magic is for kings, and making yourself a legend is life”—Roda
6.“There are one hundred men seeking security to one able man who is willing to risk his fortune.” —J. Paul Getty
7.Oh, you hate your job? Why didn’t you say so? There’s a support group for that. It’s called EVERYBODY, and they meet at the bar. —Drew Carey
8. “A cubicle is just a padded cell without a door.” —Anonymous
9.“When work feels overwhelming, remember that you’re going to die” —Greeting Card

Words of HOPE from Jer 29:11-13 The Message
I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.12"When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I'll listen. 13-14"When you come looking for me, you'll find me. "Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I'll make sure you won't be disappointed." GOD's Decree.

**Do you see your part in this? We are the head not the tail! We are to be leaders not followers, employers not employees. How is working to make your employers dreams come to pass Gods will? Unless you and the employer have save dream/vision. What are your dreams? What do you like? What are you good at?
**Everything you do and don’t do everyday is taking you closer to your dreams or away from them? You must invest time in finding your vision/dream/passion/purpose in life, cause most don’t know what they are.

Suggestions:
Think about what you want in life and go for it. All this frustration and anger towards a job is due to the fact that you are doing something that you weren’t meant to do. Don’t live a life of regret. Don’t let so much time go by before it’s “too late”. Not sure what you’re meant to do or what you’re passionate about? Get out there and try new things in different industries. Curious about how it would be to work for a non-profit, volunteer at one. Thinking of quitting and using your savings to start a restaurant? Work part time to get an inside view on how things work.

“I will persist and I will succeed!”
“Everyone will suffer one of two pains, the pain of discipline (which is temporary) or the pain of regret (which is life long and even eternal)”

DON’T HOPE,…DECIDE!

While waiting to pick up a friend at the airport in Portland, Oregon, I had one of those life-changing experiences that you hear other people talk about — the kind that sneaks up on you unexpectedly. This one occurred a mere two feet away from me.

Straining to locate my friend among the passengers deplaning through the jet way, I noticed a man coming toward me carrying two light bags. He stopped right next to me to greet his family.

First he motioned to his youngest son (maybe six years old) as he laid down his bags. They gave each other a long, loving hug. As they separated enough to look in each other’s face, I heard the father say, “It’s so good to see you, son. I missed you so much!” His son smiled somewhat shyly, averted his eyes and replied softly, “Me, too, Dad!”

Then the man stood up, gazed in the eyes of his oldest son (maybe nine or ten) and while cupping his son’s face in his hands said, “You’re already quite the young man. I love you very much, Zach!” They too hugged a most loving, tender hug.

While this was happening, a baby girl (perhaps one or one-and-a-half) was squirming excitedly in her mother’s arms, never once taking her little eyes off the wonderful sight of her returning father. The man said, “Hi, baby girl!” as he gently took the child from her mother. He quickly kissed her face all over and then held her close to his chest while rocking her from side to side. The little girl instantly relaxed and simply laid her head on his shoulder, motionless in pure contentment.

After several moments, he handed his daughter to his oldest son and declared, “I’ve saved the best for last!” and proceeded to give his wife the longest, most passionate kiss I ever remember seeing. He gazed into her eyes for several seconds and then silently mouthed. “I love you so much!” They stared at each other’s eyes, beaming big smiles at one another, while holding both hands.

For an instant they reminded me of newlyweds, but I knew by the age of their kids that they couldn’t possibly be. I puzzled about it for a moment then realized how totally engrossed I was in the wonderful display of unconditional love not more than an arm’s length away from me. I suddenly felt uncomfortable, as if I was invading something sacred, but was amazed to hear my own voice nervously ask, “Wow! How long have you two been married?

“Been together fourteen years total, married twelve of those.” he replied, without breaking his gaze from his lovely wife’s face. “Well then, how long have you been away?” I asked. The man finally turned and looked at me, still beaming his joyous smile. “Two whole days!”

Two days? I was stunned. By the intensity of the greeting, I had assumed he’d been gone for at least several weeks – if not months. I know my expression betrayed me.

I said almost offhandedly, hoping to end my intrusion with some semblance of grace (and to get back to searching for my friend), “I hope my marriage is still that passionate after twelve years!”

The man suddenly stopped smiling.

He looked me straight in the eye, and with forcefulness that burned right into my soul, he told me something that left me a different person. He told me, “Don’t hope, friend… decide!” Then he flashed me his wonderful smile again, shook my hand and said, “God bless!”
