Today's run: 25°C feels like 25°C humidity 28%, wind SW 28 kph. Sunny and very warm. Wow, forgot what it felt like to run in warmth. Wind was a bit of an issue at times, but still, great conditions for a long run.

When we picture yoga, It's beaches, mountains, parks, it's the little quite corners of nature where we see ourselves in warrior. Why is this? Why is there this connection between yoga and nature?

great selection of plants, both flowers and vegetables. Reasonably priced. Since its close by, I don't mind walking over and just going through and thinking about what I want to have growing in my garden.

The environment is inviting, the staff is pleasant and helpful, plus there is a cat named "Sally Ann". If you are looking for good quality clothing and household goods, there is no better place to go then the Salvation Army Thrift Store in Essex. It's located along the Talbot near the main shopping plaza. It has a wide collection of clothing, good and a fantastic library of used books. The reading material is ecletic and available at a great price. The store is the place you want to continue to go because you will never know what the next special item will be.

They have improved from a few years earlier. Before they were difficult to pin down if you had issues. Things have gotten better.

Friendly staff, bright store and great selection of used clothes and household goods. Add to it a cat named 'Sally Ann', what more could you want. Spend some time and spend some money.
