Great hotel in the heart of downtown SF and Union Square area. Great access to all of the shopping and sight seeing that San Francisco is famous for. Recently updated and looking quite nice! I really like the new color scheme and the look of the lobby area. Staff is quite helpful and ready to take care of every need. Rooms are a bit better than average. Nice place to spend your night. Bar and restaurant are very nice. Bartenders make easily the best Moscow Mule I've had to date and I am a connoisseur!

My hotel experience was great last week. I hadn't been to this property in a while and very happy with the renovation, quality of rom furnishings and amenities. I would definitely return.

Lobby and restaurant are well designed. We had a room in 23th floor so the view was awesome. Rooms interior was low level. Pictures at the wall were a pain in the eyes. No minibar and hysterical stuff.

Super nice hotel in the heart of FiDi. Close to Union Square (a block away) and across the street from a Starbucks (go there, not inside the hotel). Nice roomy rooms with LCD tbs. Great meeting space (usually with free wifi as cell reception is terrible in a basement). Super nice staff. Great hotel bar area- I recommend their Moscow Mule.

What a great job they did with the renovations at this property. The lobby is very cool and modern, food is very good and the entire design of the common areas and rooms is very clean, modern and comfortable. Feels like home. Great job, I've stayed there before and I'm planning events there soon. I'm not a big fan of big hotel chains but Hyatt is probably my favorite one, always improving.

Expensive place so I expected more from it. Spent three nights here. 1st two nights in a room that was above the steet. I could hear people's conversations clearly throughout the night and the garbage trucks before 6am woke me. Plus the a/c didn't work. They really need better sound proofing. And the free wireless didn't reach the full room, was only strong enough to use in the bathroom. By the 3rd night I asked to be transferred higher and was accommodated by a room on the 10th floor. A/c worked and internet signal was strong. People were always friendly so that's a plus. My advice: only stay here if you can get above the 7th floor.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the noise disturbance from the street and the malfunction of our a/c. Though the noise traveling from the street may be unavoidable, our engineering team has fixed the a/c issue. We hope your recent experience will not deter you from visiting us again in the future.
