A 23andMe lawsuit has been filed accusing the company's DNA tests of being ineffective after the FDA ordered the product no longer be sold.

Transvaginal Mesh News: A unanimous panel of Eight Circuit judges has overturned remand orders in three Boston Scientific transvaginal mesh lawsuits, ruling that federal courts have jurisdiction. The judges said on Monday that by asking for the same judge to oversee pretrial proceedings, the plaintiffs - numbering over 100, and alleging that Boston Scientific's TVM is defective and causes injuries - have implicitly rendered the case a mass action.
