Stayed at a hotel nearby for 3 days and ate every dinner meal here while seated at the bar. Food and drinks were very good; bartenders friendly, jovial and provided good service. I don't see how you could go wrong eating here.

They have cornered the market here for the area. Around 6 x 2-3* hotels in the immediate area, all of which don't really have a proper eating establishment. Plus a huge office building housing PNC staffers. Yes, always busy anytime of the day. Fully staffed at all times as well. Standard food if you're not a fussy eater.

Yikes. My hotel doesn't have ESPN2, and I had a game to watch, so I went here for the second and last time. When I asked for a table with a view of a TV, the hostess was really put out. She snarled at me to wait while she looked for such a table. I was seated, and eventually a waiter came by. I ordered a sirloin, medium, with broccoli and cauliflower (clearly, I didn't want any starch). Later, somebody other than my server made a couple laps of the area, then dropped a plate on my table, and disappeared. So, my waiter was busy, and there was nobody to complain to. My 'medium' steak was deeply charred on one side, and it was not only tough to cut, and tough to chew, but also too tough to even get the fork into. And, they saw fit to substitute mashed potatoes for the cauliflower I wanted. By the time I even got my food, my beer had been empty for 20 minutes, so I knew better than to expect any remedy. I choked down what I could, and went home hungry. If I'm ever tempted to go there again, I'll just stay home, and be hungry there.
