I have to work late today so I order my favorite sandwich, bacon avocado chicken, on the RT website. I stop in pay for the order and get the food. In the car I pop open the carton and see fries and the sandwich so good to go. I drive back to the office. SIt down, pop open the carton and pick up the sandwich and notice that it doesnt look quite right. Hmm...that's not a chicken breast. Its some sort of turkey burger. Greeaaat!! Im starving and busy so I have no choice but to try and eat this now. Great service. Not!

So I rolled into Ruby Tuesday around 3:15 pm, hungry and a bit worn out from my epic Amtrak journey from Mississippi to Philadelphia. As the only restaurant within walking distance of my hotel, Ruby Tuesday got my business because I wasn't interested in paying $30 for a cab ride to another location. Big mistake. After waiting for around 30 minutes to get my drink order taken, I ended up walking out. Not once was I acknowledged or greeted (beyond the front desk. ) So with no drink, no food, and a grumpier attitude than before, I had to quest for alternate dinners. Update / Edit: General manager called promptly and took responsibility for mistakes. I've given a neutral rating because second chances should be a thing. Will try again when I return, update review.

I've never sat down to eat here, I just order take out. The food is amazingly good. The only complaint is that the employees seem so miserable.

The restaurant was right next to my hotel. I placed an order online on their pretty awful mobile site. I ordered a steak medium well and it was delivered well done. The only good thing about the dinner was the spaghetti squash.

Disclaimer: Just because I had a negative experience doesn't mean the store is bad. If choosing out to eat, I'd eat here, but not if better choices were readily available. The restaurant was mostly empty when my friends and I entered yet we were seated far from everyone else near the windows where the sun uncomfortably shone in some of our eyes. Drinks are overpriced for a glass of soda, waitress slightly spilled our drinks and pretended it never happened. They didn't have any breadsticks, claiming there weren't enough people in the store to bother firing up the oven for breadsticks. I've had better burgers at local barbecues. Fries were good though. In the end, I ended up paying about 20 bucks for an iced tea, burger, and fries. A small diner could give me the same for half the price. Lots of parking spaces around it, but if you're on your way to the airport, I'd just wait to grab a bite from one of the restaurants in there instead. Experiences may differ. You may go there, get the steak, and give it 5 stars, so don't count it out, but it just wasn't the place for me and won't be in the near future.

Unremarkable Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Plenty of parking and very convenient for travelers passing through the nearby Philadelphia International Airport and staying in local hotels and motels. The busy nature of this restaurant perhaps explains why the location is not as clean and tidy as other examples of this chain. Much of the food seems pre-prepared, rather than fresh. The wait staff can be a little inattentive. As with the rest of the chain, the menu suffers from less choice than it used to have.

Mixed feelings with 2 totally extreme experiences on 2 consecutive dinner occasions. The takeout experience on day 1 was horrid. Both the service was very late (30 mins waiting after ordering) and the food - 2 courses, was bad enough for me to think that they did it on purpose to me!! :-) The next day i had no option but this place.. but this time I thought I would dine-in and tell them intheir face about the food quality. I have gone in early at 7 PM so not too much crowd. Serivce was not fast but not slow. and the food chicken broccoli pasta was good .. this was an ok exprience with none of the bad bits of last time.. let us see what happens the third time :-)

Dirty bathrooms are a tell for me. Every single employee was miserable. The salad bar plates were hot not warm hot. Most of the salad bar utensils were greasy or dirty. Skip this one and i guess most Ruby Tuesdays. Just another poorly run chain.
