Thank you for a great time, my daughter, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and I enjoyed ourselves very much and my pedicure still looks great. I have visited your shop twice now in the last 4 months and both times the pedicures has lasted for weeks.

Dear All Aqua' Customers. Thank you very much for interesting and supporting our salon for a long time. Our gold is making all customers happy and satisfy as we can so we have been tried to do the best for our clients. Recently, I heard some of you were not happy with our services due to some reasons that I had investigated so I can share with you about it. First of all, I am very sorry about the happens that made you not happy of our services, but I know my staffs work very hard and long day. Most of them English is not very well so the way they talk may make you miss -understanding such as "we accept credit card and cash but cash payment, you get a discount due to save money for processing fees and we are prefer not to add tip on credit card" I know some of them can't explain clearly for you because of limited English. Second, Our salon has more than 10 staffs who have at least three years or more of doing nail experiences; we have been serving the thousands of our customers every-month; most of them keep coming back because of our good services. So I believe our nail Tech should know what to do to make their customers happy for their job secure. Finally, one more time, I am very sorry about recently incidents for some of you, but I want to encourage you to continue supporting us and if something that you are not satisfied with, please tell the manager, Ti Ti right away so she can help you, re-done for your nails or she will give you some credit or even free services for your next time. I had a very poor experience my first time at Aqua. The salon was very dirty and it did not appear as if they clean their equipment or tables. I got a full set and asked for rounded tips rather than squared. She began to round the tips and after doing one hand she told me that it would be 5 dollars extra. I told her that if I would have known that I would have just gotten square. She responded with "Are you kidding me?" And several times throughout my manicure she told me "It's been a long day I just want to go home" although I was there 2 hours prior to their closing time. She paid very little attention to detail and skipped several of the steps the nail salon that I frequent takes. When I went up to pay, she rudely said "tip???" Before I even got my credit card out. All in all, I was very unimpressed by Aqua and I wouldn't return.

I have been tried too many nail salons but have never been in the big, non- smell nail salon like Aqua. Didn't make appointment, and I still got in right away. They were busy but Nail Tech took good care of me. Absolutely coming back!

Worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I chose Aqua because I was short on time and was going to be in the Arbor lakes area that day. I made an appointment and got there 5 minutes before hand. When I showed up I waited for someone to greet me for a few minutes and then when someone eventually came she was surprised I was early and pointed at their clock, which was set 5 minutes slower than than the actual time. So, I waited 15 minutes before I was seated. When I was seated, the water was cold and I asked if it could be changed for warm water. Either she pretended to not hear me or she just ignored me. The Pedi as a whole was not relaxing or done well. Then when she asked for payment I handed her my card and she said they prefer cash. I told her I didn't have cash and then she told me they have an ATM I could use. Which I didn't want to do because I'd get charged the ATM fee. She then rolled her eyes and took my card for payment. Overall, it seems like this nail salon is poorly run and I will not be returning.

Excellent services! Came to have gel pedicure and it turned out great. I loved that they used high quality products at affordable price. Very friendly and clean facility.

Very terrible experience, I broke a nail and I went in to get it fixed. The lady did a very sloppy job and my nail is on crooked. As I went up to pay she was also waiting for me at the desk after I payed her for a tip by saying "tip?" I'm never coming to this place again. If you want a good nail job for your money this is not the place for you.
