One of my favorite modern art museum in the world, that is modern art-chitecture itself. What an impressive building! Enjoy the glass tubes holding the stairs from floor to floor, enjoy the view from the terrace and all the artworks inside! Love modern art? Visit Centre Pompidu and buy a mug as a souvenir!

It's an absolute must for a Paris visit. Besides the exhibits, the building itself is an expression of contemporary art. Don't judge it on first appearance as it tends to grow on you.

This is one of the most strange buildings that I've seen in my life. You don't even know how to look at it. I haven't been inside but the whole outside and square is crazy. There's a lot of places around to eat.

"Eww". Perhaps with raising eyebrow would best describe my reaction to this place. Unlike other sites I've gone to, this post modern complex failed to invoke awe or any kind of positive emotion in me. Surrounding area looks run down, bit more graffiti than I'd expect to see from center of the city and many people in different degree of intoxication were roaming around the area. There were hardly anyone at the line, which would normally be positive trait except it made me wonder just how uninteresting place would this place be to be lacking in foot traffic. Lobby floor is spacious, but seems wasted opportunity. Exhibition is for those who appreciate post modern (think much newer than Picasso). Stores at lobby floor was neat with many interesting items.

If you like Modern Art, you will really appreciate the Pompidou. It has a cafe at the top which allows you to get some great views across the city.

For me it was a waste of time. A lot of wasted space. The "art" that was there, I guess is just beyond me and I don't understand it. If cardboard glued together in a pile and balls of different sizes interest you, then enjoy! The Orsay and The Louvre were great. Stick with those.

Meh, the building didn't impress me at all. So it has colored pipes outside instead of inside, big deal. It was gray, dusty, and looked a bit run-down - as if the people there stopped caring about it. The area around it was alive with all kinds of crazy performers though, that was really neat. We didn't go inside, maybe it "feels" different if you do that? I expected more from something as hyped as this.
