Interact with our Turkish Pop-Up Park & view stunning photography from renowned Turkish photographers right by the White House & the Cochran Gallery of Art - at the American Institute of Architects (which once served as the White House)!

The Turkish Policy Center will exhibit a collection of photos of Turkey’s changing urban landscape. You are invited to pin you Public Comments on Turkey and Washington DC's changing urban centers on an ''Anatolian Wishing Tree'' (dilek agaci).

At the conclusion of the exhibition (1/31/14) one ''Anatolian Wishing Tree'' will be presented to the Turkish Embassy and the other ''Anatolian Wishing Tree'' will be presented to the Mayor of Washington, DC (whose Sister City is Ankara, Turkey)!

We will have a Bicycle-Powered Blender on display, which was used to make the traditional yogurt smoothie, Ayran, at the Turkish Festival and at International PARK(ing) Day!

A bicycle tour with the DC Planning Director will proceed the Grand Opening of the exhibition on 11/23/13.
