I used to go here ALL THE TIME! The food is great, and the location is very cool beans! It's starting, I think, to get a bit pricey, but still, it's a STL must visit. Besides Cicero was really cool back in the day, around 40 to 100 B.C.E., in ancient Rome. Cicero was an affluent roman philosopher, politician, lawyer, orator, political theorist, consul, and constitutionalist.

Everything from the server to the food and the atmosphere was awesome. Will definitely be returning!

Super great pizza (the Super Pig is a must) and the bacon cheese fries are to die for. Service is fast and friendly but it is a little on the pricey side. Parking can be difficult to find too, especially on the weekends (worth it though)

This was my first time in STL, First time on The Loop, and First time at Cicero's (obviously).... It was so great.

I was angry enough by the poor service to come online immediately after my experience here to discourage others from giving their money and time to Cicero's. A member from my table became extremely sick (sweaty, pale face, ready to vomit) at the end of our dinner and the waiter did not bother to ask her if she was alright upon receiving his tip. Since there is only one bathroom on the entire upstairs floor, my friend vomited into a trash can behind the hostess stand. The manager immediately came over and said "Get her out. I can't have her throwing up in MY restaurant in front of the customers." No one offered her a glass of water or assistance... any decent being would have done this. Go to a restaurant where you can get just as mediocre bar food (for cheaper), but also where the managers and servers actually care about the well-being of the customers.

The atmosphere is nice and the food wonderful with lots of verity, but the real draw is the beer selection. The on tap selection is fantastic with a good mix of imports, local breweries and national craft brews. if you have a thing for beer, definitely check it out.
