My server was okay but the female manager (short heavy set) is rude, disrespectful, and needs to find another line of work. You can tell when a worker thinks they are in a zone where they are so comfortable with their position that being polite to patrons is not necessary. This decribes her to the fullest. She was so outrageously disrespectful I will never go back. Any company that employs people like her in a managerial position do not deserve to be open. I can only imagine how she treats her co-workers if she treats customers like trash.

Amazing experience. We are already planning another trip to St. Louis just to go back to cicero's. We had wings, toasted ravioli, and the cicero deluxe. None of it disappointed. Angela took amazing care of us. Would love to do the beer school next time we are in town.

Food is good, was there 3 hours from start to finish. Service was terrible. Not going back. Just not worth that much stress. Been going there since 1979. Too bad they don't get it when you talk to them.

75% or more of what we ordered was not made as we asked and the food was mediocre at best. We specifically emphasized to Michael, our waiter, that we wanted to leave broccoli off our $22 pizza, yet it came with broccoli; Michael was immediately told of the mistake & he first said he didn't know we asked for the broccoli not to be on the pizza, & then a few minutes later came back & said the order he sent to the kitchen specifies no broccoli on the order, but the kitchen messed up, with no attempt to fix the problem by offering another pizza w/o broccoli or taking the pizza off the bill. The appetizer (a large sampler platter for $17) was asked to have veggie items on separate plate from meat items, yet everything was together on same platter. We ordered a separate veggie appetizer as a result and no apologies & no offer to at least take off the $8 additional appetizer we had to order as a result of his/restaurant's mistake. We had 3 pitchers of beer and each time he asked us if we wanted more beer, he left as soon as we said yes without checking to see if we wanted the same beer; we sent 2 other waiters after him to tell Michael we wanted a different beer and each time he came back with the same beer as the first pitcher with no apologies when we told him we wanted to change beers & had even sent 2 people to let him know of this & no attempt to take the pitcher and bring back what we wanted. On top of all of this, we had to pay 20% gratuity (mandatory at Cicero's on parties of 6 or more). As it was a birthday celebration, we didn't ask to speak to manager that night, but Michael was made aware of each issue. I called the next day & manager was not available so I left my name & #, with no return call from the restaurant. Later when I got a hold of manager on duty (Andrea) & then the owner (Chad), both of whom made it clear that they had no intent whatsoever of apologizing and made no attempt to right the wrong in any way. I then learned from the owner that he was on duty the night of our dinner & knew of at many of the problems & chose not to come to us or make any attempt to fix the problem the night of the dinner. The restaurant must be hurting a lot for the manager and the owner to both we aware of problems that their customers are having and purposefully choosing to ignore the problems and moreover, making it very clear that they have no intent of fixing the problems pretty much no matter what. Do you really want to take your business to a restaurant with such a waiter, manager, and most importantly such an owner. Clearly the problems start with the owner (Chad) and branch out from the owner.

I don't know about these latest reviews but my experience was great. Our server was exceptional and the pizza was by far the best st louis style pizza nay the best pizza I have had since I moved here (mind you I have not liked any st louis style pizza).

Went in to have dinner with family and friends yesterday. The waitress had us pass out our own water, was very rude when we were giving our food orders, came back with the wrong food an hour later for one person. When the wait was too long, we ask the waiter if we can get the bill because we had other things planned for the evening and some wanted to go. She had an attitude when some asked to take there food off the bill mind you we haven't even ate yet. Th e manager came out and was very unprofessional. Because some didn't want to pay for the food that they didn't even get she told us not to come back. She was rude and when I asked to speak to a general manager she told her staff, even when the gm was there, that she was in charge and what she says goes. I have been coming to that place for 15 years. I will make sure every person I talk to knows the horrible experience I had. I will not patronize this place ever again.
