In my best Obelix voice: These Gauls are crazy! 😀
Buying a property with a tenant and paying them to live there may sound odd, but the practice has been around in France since the 9th Century - and it's getting more popular. Why?

There's obviously a trick to this, but I'll be damned if I know what it is.  (c:

It'll be interesting to see who'll implement the more successful method of recovery. IMHO, from the least risky method to the most are ULA, Airbus, and SpaceX. The reverse order in terms of spectacle.
Airbus, which leads the production of Europe's Ariane rocket, has developed a concept that could make future vehicles partially re-usable.

Amazing. Makes you wonder how humans became so cruel.

Isn't there enough space in the market for both technologies? May be hydrogen fuel cell for commercial long haul and rechargeable battery for in-city commute? Got to admit that I'm partial to the hydrogen fuel cell, but the infrastructure needed to support it may make it impractical unless someone comes up with a cost-effective solution either to add it to or to convert existing petrol stations. Also, if, or may be when, rechargeable batteries get to a point where they offer a similar energy density (i.e., range) and quick refill time as petrol, LNG or hydrogen, then they will probably become the dominant power source.
Does the world's first mass-produced hydrogen fuel cell car, the Toyota Mirai, live up to its name of 'car of the future'? Or will it be overtaken by Nissan's electric battery-powered Leaf?

It's just a difference in the where you store said energy +Adam Reed. In a fuel cell or in a battery.
